        Poor management and subpart apartment quality

        Lived for 2 years. When we first moved in, there was a used pillow in the dryer and mold in the dishwasher. Could not get hold of management without repeatedly emailing and calling. Maintenance requests took forever and did not address issues well, except for lightbulb changes. Electricity runs very high because of poor energy efficiency, poor air circulation, we had no AC in bedroom and our heater worked poorly. Garbage sewage fees unreasonably high because its based on community use. Move out process was poorly done, little communication without repeated emails and charges on deposit were very unreasonable. Not to mention, units are overpriced, its very feasible to find a better quality apartment with better management for much better price.

        Trillium are fantastic apartments, the staff are amazing and easy to talk to and the maintenance guys are like family. Its a very nice community and everyone around has a smile and will have a pleasant chat with randomly. Everyone is very good about not being loud after curfew and there is only one car i would say is a little loud but truly a wonderful community to raise a family. Also the dog park and grills and hottub and the gym are just all gold stars. This apartment is the best , it also helps you are 5 minutes from the mall

        The community is great and has anything you may need. The location is perfect and management makes the process easy, with online or in person tours. My partner and I moved from Vancouver and were not able to tour in person, but based on the helpfulness of staff virtually I knew we made the right decision!

        As my first apartment complex, I've thoroughly enjoyed living here. The staff has been great since my first encounter with each of them. The property has always been clean and well maintained. Any issues that have come up (which aren't many) have been quickly addressed and resolved. I'm so grateful for this little community we have at Trillium and it truly does feel like a community.         I walked in, and on my first day I fell in love with the place. Megan was super helpful and got me a tour set up in a timely fashion. The Clubhouse is super awesome, and grounds are kept well maintained. I’ve only had one maintenance issue and it was solved within three days of notification, and that was due to my availability

        From finding this apartment complex online to setting up a walk-through and applying and getting approved the whole process was quick and seamless they also had an awesome move-in special that allowed me to move in a little bit before my last lease expired and gave me some time to get things moved over ahead of time.         Run fast!!!

        They are the worst EVER! My neighbors are 4 German shepards! Yes dogs! No humans! The stench is so horrible and they refuse to do anything about it! They don't fix anything! They will lie to you so get copies of everything. If you don't get copies they will make up fake ones! It has happened to me personally. They put on the fake happy faces only until you move in. The absolute worst office staff I've ever encountered!

        This apartment complex is really well put together and really clean. I enjoy living so close to everything in the valley while also living so close to the freeway. The only downside is the fact that other tenants have a hard time cleaning the grassy areas.

        Trillium apartments are a safe, quiet, and all-around great place to live. The staff is very friendly and ready to work with you. The gym is clean and, while simple, has everything you need to maintain basic fitness. For more intense training, they have a partnership with an advanced gym just across the street with discounted membership rates. The public patio area is luxurious with a large gas fire pit surrounded by study Adirondack-style chairs, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor kitchen. You won't regret your decision to move here!

        I came from an apartment downtown where I had no heat, no mail key and no parking pass. I had tried to contact the owner for months through email and the resident app with no response. I didn’t have a phone number and the former manager completely disappeared. I found Trillium which is just a bit more in cost but the quality of living is so much better. I don’t feel unsafe anymore in my home and I really enjoy the amenities.

        The property is beautifully maintained and welcoming. It is also in a very convenient location. The layout of the 2b/2b makes sense for my family as the kid room is not located by the main entrance like in most other apartments. The neighbors have been friendly or left us alone which is the 2 good kind of neighbors. The leasing office has been friendly and accommodating. Never have I felt like my question is a burden or unwelcomed. I have interacted with 4 different members of the that team and each one is very nice and knowledgeable.

        A lot of charges

        After property was sold and became trillium the new management will add on a ton of monthly charges to each tenant. Things like $7 for pest control, $5 for electricity in clubhouse, $8 for lawn maintenance. It's an apartment complex... Not some HOA where tenants should be charged for stuff like that, they are already paying rent. All of those things added to about $90 more a month than what they say your rent will be.

        I had an issue with my dryer after a couple days of moving in. I put in a request around 9pm for maintenance to come fix it. By 9:30am the next day they had been to my apartment (with permission) while I was at work and it was already done and fixed. There are always people in the office if I need to talk to someone. The outside area of the complex’s are kept very clean. It has been a great experience so far!

        Trillium apartments is beyond my expectations. The apartments are spacious and light, the grounds are well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They do many fun things to keep the residents here entertained. Safety is always an issue anywhere you go but I feel safe here . I live by myself so that is a huge plus for me. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to rent one. You will not be disappointed.

        Love this place!

        Our interactions with Kelli and the Granite Pointe Apartments were awesome! After we turned in our apps we were denied because of credit issues, but Kelli went the extra mile to try and get us approved, and it went flawlessly. The grounds were beautiful, the units were super nice, the price is on point, and the amenities are boundless. Hiking trails, parks, river access right down the road, access to Spokane Valley Mall, hot tub, fire pit, BBQs, nice gym and a pizzeria with full bar on site!!!! So happy we found Granite Pointe Apartments and we are excited to become a part of the community.

        Called Granite Pointe I to inquire about Washington state renters regulations since I am from California and needed some info from an knowledgeable person. A very, very nice person named Brandi assisted me with her years of knowledge and experience and answered all of my questions.         Same as the others

        Apartment is nice, but cheaply put together. Within months of moving in all the grout starts to peel and reveal disgusting dark mold. The paint is cheap and peels too. Things start to break quickly, and you will find they used the cheapest parts/appliances they could find. Shortcuts were taken during construction, making for some unusual quirks, like bathroom lights no where near the doors, but right next the shower, where they get wet. Walls are paper thin. You will hear everything. And smell everything. My downstairs neighbors are extremely unclean, and the stench comes through the floor, making my apartment smell horrible. I have to keep air fresheners in every room. Parking is supposed to be assigned, but it's completely unenforced. And don't bother calling the number on the signs to have someone towed out of your spot, the unfriendly gentlemen says the complex isn't on his list and refuses to come. So if you get home late for work, you may find yourself parking 3 lots over. Bring pepper spray, there are always homeless people hanging out in the parking lot, making that trek back to your apartment even less safe. If you need handicap parking, this isn't the place for you. Tenents regularly park in the handicap spots due to the complete lack of other parking, which of course, the management does nothing about. Outside of the assigned spots, there are maybe five free spots near a building, and they go fast. I've known neighbors to have to park at businesses near by for the night, praying they didn't get towed themselves. The gym is convenient, but disgusting. There are no rules that say people have to clean the equipment after use, so they don't. Even if the cleaning wipes happened to be stocked for once. And that's if you can get in. The chips to unlock the door wipe themselves after a few days, so you are locked out. The grounds are lovely. If you don't mind neighbors who throw trash everywhere and don't clean up after their pets, another thing the apartment complex doesn't enforce. So don't expect a place where you can let your kids go running around in the grass. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff is lovely, albeit completely ineffective. Office hours are a crap shoot. They may just all be gone for hours and hours, with no warning. Or close 2 hours early, because they feel like it. They will not solve any real issues with the parking situation, grounds, or issues with your neighbors, so don't bother.
