Property Ratings at Trinity Bell Gardens Apartments
Where to start? I lived at this property for 6 months back in 2016 and had no problems (moved out of state for work). Fast forward to 2021 and I couldn't believe how much worse the conditions became. I don't normally write reviews but needed to make an exception. ***Renter's beware, I can't believe this apartment has a 4.8/5 review as of 9/19/22. Seems pretty inflated to me. My lease started in early 2021 and I moved out in September 2022. Here are a few of my observations: - Upon moving in the cleanliness of the apartment was disgusting. Cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings, dirty windows, black grime/mold on all AC vents, and floors were mopped multiple times and still came up with black grime. I was informed it was "cleaned" after the last tenant but it was 100% a rush job. When I moved out of the apartment it was cleaner than when I came in yet Trinity Bell Gardens still charged me for carpet cleaning at $88 and master tub resurfacing at $150. I was able to get the resurfacing credited as it was due to rusty water discoloration coming from the AC unit condensation overflow drip into the tub. I even had the carpets cleaned with a shampoo vacuum before moving out and I was still charged. - Appliances and general infrastructure are outdated. Had to get the washing machine replaced the first week because it just stopped working. The upper cabinets in the kitchen were almost falling off the wall. The AC unit in the apartment was very loud in the master bathroom and condensation always leaked on the floor even after several maintenance visits. The gates to get in and out of the community rarely work and/or are just left open, even after they were "upgraded". The pool is also continuously down for maintenance. Slapping a band-aid on everything seems to be the course of action. - Safety was also a concern. There was at least one shooting outside my apartment during my lease. I had a ring doorbell set up and police were wanting to use my footage to aid in the investigation. I honestly can't recommend these apartments to anyone.

I really enjoy living here and would not hesitate to recommend it. Parking is the only thing I would caution a prospective resident about; I have a garage now, which eliminates the problem, but it was sometimes hard to find parking when I had a unit without a garage.
This community continues to be absolutely wonderful. I have a very high opinion of the people who run it. Thank you again!

DO NOT MOVE HERE - On move out they are charging us with over 1,100 in charges. If you do move here protect yourself and take care to document EVERYTHING. I took too relaxed of an approach while living here and they are taking full advantage of the fact. I also paid over $1,000 to own a pet here for 15 months. After move out they ripped up our carpet stating "regardless of condition the carpet will be replaced because you have a pet". Apparently they cannot clean carpets. DO NOT MOVE HERE

The community is a nice and pleasant place to live and the staff is attentive and timely when responding to requests.
It' a great place to live, I just didn't get to know my Neighbors as well as I would like. But It' great to see families and kids around, and we are away from anything fun to do and the roads are bad. I just wish there were closer places to eat and more neighborly together stuff, but that might be a Louisiana thing.

The apartments and the area are both very nice, and the road improvements have made transportation easier (or will, once all the construction is done!).

It's been 30 years since my husband & I have lived in an apartment, so we were definitely apprehensive. Downsizing by 75% was also a HUGE concern! However, we have been very happy with our apartment and with the community as a whole. It has an abundance of green space, and the apartment entrances are positioned to provide maximum privacy. Additionally, the residents seem to be more career-oriented, thus making for a quieter environment. Although this is a transitional move until we settle on our next home, it is proving to be a lovely experience, and I would highly recommend Trinity Bell Gardens to anyone.
Based on my experience so far, if prompted, I am likely to recommend this apartment community to my coworkers.
The apartment is really nice and offers what I prefer.
Significant rent increases may be problematic for most folks here, we know some people that have left because of it. Also, it seems that some simple policies have changed back and forth without warning and residents were not notified (i.e. who pays for light bulbs and filters? was kicked around for way to long in my opinion - we found out the final result when I went in for mail one day, it had changed 3 times as I recall). I missed the memo I guess. Overall though, this has been a good place to live and I would recommend it.
It's a clean, comfortable environment. It's also very quiet, peaceful and safe.

I have lived here several months now the gate to the "gated" community is always broken and open, they have had the pool closed for about a week now, the air conditioning is broken in the gym/ business center and they have yet to repair a leak correctly( they put sealant around the window and call it good)that allows water into my apartment when it rains, causing the drywall to get moldy. Overall I am not impressed with the complex.

Thank you for taking time to review our community. We know it's frustrating to have to close the pools, but there was some repairs for the lights that were required by the city to repair. These have been completed and the pools are open. The gates are working as we apologize for the delay of the repairs the rain did cause a delay as water was getting in the lines causing them not to work. The air conditioning had gone out one evening and was reported on the emergency line and was immediately fixed the following morning. We have repaired the seal causing the leak in your home and have been back on multiple occasions to make sure these issue has been resolved. The apartment is nice and the pool is very nice, but the parking is a real drawback. Having friends or family over is very hard, especially when you don'??t know before the office closes. Often there wasn'??t parking available outside the gates.

Overall the hole complex is very nice and clean with a lot of extra amenities.
I would recommend Trinity Bell Gardens Apartment Community to someone as a "pre-house" option. I can see myself living there until I'm ready for the responsibility of a house.
The leasing agent was wonderful. She knew her stuff about the apartment and could handle my request while accepting rent from other tenants with a pleasant attitude.
I have no complaints. Very friendly community. Quiet for the most part. Management and maintenance staff are good people that listen and are willing and ready to assist you. They are very professional a d helpful.
It's a family and pet friendly community. Pleasant atmosphere and quiet, except for a few occasional bumps in the wall from neighbors.
