I have stayed in many apartments during my life from Dallas to Seattle to Chicago. Trinity Crossing HANDS DOWN is the best experience I’ve ever had while living at an apartment. Management - the management team is kind and professional and works dutifully to keep the property in compliance and residents happy. Landscaping - wow. All edges are clean, there are never any weeds, the monuments are clean and bright, and the summer / winter color changes are absolutely beautiful. Maintenance - if you have a problem, it will be addressed immediately. Standard wait time for small maintenance items are usually less than a day if not the same day. The workers are professional and wear their PPE and do a great job at fixing things. Resident life - it’s quiet, my neighbors are nice, the mail gets sorted properly, and there are plenty of dog stations for me to use if I’m walking around the complex with my dog. We’ve had a very happy stay here at trinity crossing and I would recommend this complex to anyone that I know. I would stay here forever if I didn’t have to move for work. Thank you for the amazing experience and lovely home.
I've lived at Trinity Crossing for about 8 months. They are hands down the most affordable apartments in the area & with Dallas rent skyrocketing, I was thrilled to find them. They are older apartments and haven't been upgraded tremendously, but have been well maintained. They did install new carpet, counter tops, HVAC & refinished the tub right before we moved into our unit. The maintenance people are great. Whenever we've put in a request they are there within a day or less. The front office is also AWESOME. When looking at reviews for other apartments so many reviews complain about the front office help, but that is not a problem at Trinity Crossing. The employees are friendly, helpful, & prompt. They even call periodically just to check in on us and make sure we don't need anything. It's hard to emphasize this enough, we've been very impressed with the service. The location is great. Carrollton is one of the best areas in north Dallas, in my opinion. Everything you could need is nearby, it's hard to beat the location. Also, if you check the crime map for these apartments it is all green! That was extremely hard to find, especially when looking for cheaper apartments. I haven't seen the cops in our complex once since moving in. We are in a corner unit on the second floor, so we've got a pretty awesome location and don't hear our neighbors much. You can hear them, especially if they go out on the shared back porch, and at times when they're in the apartment, but the neighbors have been extremely considerate and friendly. Haven't had a problem with parking. They don't offer assigned spots, but I've never had trouble finding a close place to park. There is no covered parking and there are trees about, so my car is always a mess, but if that keeps rent down I'm okay with it! Haven't had any trouble with bugs. They spray periodically and I think I've seen a few spiders since I moved in and that's it. The grounds are well maintained. The apartments aren't amazingly insulated. I definitely recommend looking for a good deal on your electric because if there's a strong wind your a/c or heat seems run almost constantly. Still, while not cheap, our electric isn't outrageous either, so I guess they're average on this. This isn't a place you go for fancy living, but if you're looking for affordable and perfectly comfortable/well maintained living, they are great apartments.
This complex is great for a renter that is on a budget and looking to perhaps save and not break the bank on an dwelling, but it was built in 1982 (the year i was born) and save for wood laminate, and the AC thermostat nothing has been updated since then. The construction in the 1 bedroom is poor, the kitchen cabinets are old and the counter tops have a sprayed on paint. I do not recommend this complex.
We are going in three years here at this location. The office staff is great and are always finishing request on a timely manner. The location has great feel of home and it always kept well maintained. There are time parking is hard but management is taking care of that by making sure all residents have registered cars. Overall it is a great location to live.
I've been here for 3 yrs and I've enjoyed my time here. The office staff is really nice and always get things taken care of for you. Wish my circumstances was different I would continue to stay here. The only thing the apartment is lacking is a kids playground they have the room to put one in. When you put in a work order they are very good about coming to fix things. I only had one time that they forgot to come fix something in my apartment I just called again and they came right out and fixed it. You can get online and pay your rent which is really good when some days for on hoildays and they might be close so that's really good besides having to pay the extra when you do pay online.
