Since the first day at TRIO Apartments I've been treated with respect and kindness by all the management, always willing to help me for anything, everyone at the office and also the maintenance personal are very professional, I had no idea what to expect...but definitely this has been one of the best experiences in my my life, I thank God He brought us here, a perfect place to live, Peaceful, quiet, very clean, pets control every month, maintenance at any time when is needed. I could stay for the last day of my life! I completely recommend TRIO Apartments!
Even though pest control sprayed every month, the roaches seemed to be immune to the fumigation. There were always tiny roaches in my apartment
One of their main selling points is that they "recently renovated" the complex. I have been here for about 1 and a half years, in two different units, and both were completely covered in roaches. The first month or so was fine but one turned into 5, next thing you know they're crawling all over the walls. Do not live here if you value hygiene
Love the remodeled buildings!! No bugs at all!! Haven’t seen one and I’ve been living here for 5 months. Neighbors are great and the price is great. I’ve had a great experience here. Office staff is always great ask for Andy !

This is the perfect residence located close to the University and excellent location to all great restaurants,shopping facilities and easy access to metro services. Very comfortable surroundings with great management and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful to cater whatever needs are necessary. Unlike other apartments in this area, the utilities are provided with basic cable, it has a convenient courtyard with a pool, laundry facility and barbecue pits. It’s like having a home away from home, with quiet neighbors and is an excellent location to easily hop on to any major freeway and move about. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone with a tight budget.
I'm happy leaving here because it's close to my work and i pay the rent and no uilties. There could be some improvements for example there's alot roaches and even though they spray they come back. They could improve on the repairs,and work on customer service in the office. At times they can be rude to the tenants and don't do anything about it . But overall I am happy with the apartment that during the summer having the pool is plus and exciting and relaxing.
The only good thing I can say about my apartment complex is the close proximity to bus lines. In the past, I have had problems with plumbing, bed bugs and maintenance issues not being attended to in a timely manner. I still have problems with insects despite monthly pest control and the water is shut off for some type of maintenance about every other week. The only reason I stay here is because of the low rent and particular area of town. I have lived in many apartment complexes over the years and this is by far the worst one I have ever lived in.
I live in an older apartment. It is very quite, with very friendly and nice people. Most work and there have been no robbery's in the complex. When boxes are left in front of the door no one has taken them. The apartment is well maintained and the pool area is inviting. There are tables with umbrellas and chairs. There are 6 grocery stores within 8 miles. Restaurants are very close. I have a fantastic restaurant in walking distance from my door.
