Excellent staff, Beautiful property, great location. Office staff and maintenance go beyond "Great", and skip right to "Excellent" in taking care of the residents here. I have never seen a property run as well as Trio Pointe.

Living at Trio Pointe apartments has been a joy to us for the past five years, thanks to the lovely surroundings, contemporary design and convenient amenities. Excited for our future here.

We’re new, but have had a great experience so far and are excited about living here in Trio Pointe! Staff has been super helpful and friendly so we have no concerns about asking for and receiving help when needed.

The staff at Trio Pointe is amazing. Wonderful people both in and out of the office. I've met many friendly residents, many of which have the most beautiful pets. At a great location, it's very quiet and the grounds are very clean - and I love not having to walk half a mile to take my trash or pet waste out, too! If you haven't yet, check this place out. You won't regret it!

Just had an awesome tour here! Relocating from Illinois, and James made me feel so welcome! From the moment I walked in, it was like I was a family-member. Seriously has everything I need to hit the ground running w/ my new job. Great layout, posh gym and pool, close to everything, and welcomes my pup. The apartments themselves are quite a bit larger than what I have seen so far, and have sweet kitchens that open onto everything. Did you know they even do community meet ups like Dog Walks, Nature Trails, and Coffee gatherings?! I haven't seen a community like this here in my search, so now I am definitely SOLD! See you Soon James & Trio Pointe! Thanks for being my next new digs.

As a single woman, I feel very safe here. The gates are always working, and my car is in a very nice location. If I need someone, they're here on-site. It's nice to be comfortable, knowing that I can rely that things are being done the right way.

The treatment from management makes me feel like a welcome member of the community, and the groundskeepers know how to keep this place feeling like home.

Since I moved to Trio Pointe, I have been Blown Away! I love my space... The Windows! Good Appliances, great hard flooring, so spacious! And I love my kitchen... The amenities are on point! The gym is fire! I actually got to cancel my gym membership because its always open and has everything. The people who work here are the best that I have ever seen. Jose and Tara in the office are always so nice and help me with anything. James made me feel right at home from the beginning too. The maintenance guys here on on top of everything too. I got a replacement lightbulb within the same HOUR that I placed the request. Snacks, Coffee, and lots of resident events have helped me to meet all of my neighbors, and this place really feels like Home. I will not be moving until I buy my house... You won't regret living here.

Trio Pointe is a wonderful place to live. Big open floor plans with lots of space, a wonderful staff that is always there to assist quickly, and very close to any shopping you could ever need. Trío Pointe is the ideal place to live, and I love it entirely.

Great location. Everything nearby. Close to parks, hiking, biking. Camas is a great place to live. Apartments are nice and updated. Community is safe and staff are helpful and friendly. I've been living here for a few years now and I have been very happy.

My time spent at Trio Pointe has been a lovely experience in every way. The staff here is beyond expectations. They treated me like family, which made me feel wonderful. Fifth year living at Trio. I’ve seen a lot of changes. The office team, Tara, Noel, James, Ben and Sam have gone over and beyond to help me. They are friendly, available, and they care. I moved out for a few months last summer and came back mostly because of the people who work here. My apartment is quiet and beautiful, and I feel safe here. I looked forward to owning a home again, but now I’m not sure I’ll ever want to leave. Five stars isn’t enough.

Noel gave us a wonderful tour of the space. He was so incredibly kind and helpful with all of our questions and was very clear and up front with all of the costs associated. Such beautiful clean apartments and spaces.

We toured quite a few places with Noel, he took his time with us and explained everything really well with no pressure. He was fun and inviting. We had a great time touring with him! This community has beautiful apartments, lots of storage options, allow animals and has a dog park, it’s quiet and a gated community for safety as well. We are hoping we can call this place home very soon.

I have had a great experience so far. The apartment has met my expectations. My favorite is the vaulted ceilings on the third floor and the door to the deck, fireplace and wood floors. Management is excellent. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

Trio Pointe is very clean and safe. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are always coming up with fun things to do here and makes residents feel welcome and included.

The management team had my apartment ready, spectacularly clean everything functioning correctly. They make you feel so welcome.

I have lived in this community for five years. One of the first tenants right after it opened for rentals. I feel safe living here and the property is well maintained.

Trio Pointe is a great community to live in overall. It’s not perfect but I would recommend it to friends and family.

I have lived here for 4 1/2 years and my experience overall has been good. My apartment faces the courtyard which is very pleasant and quiet. Any maintenance issues have been handled quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is outstanding.

Between tenants, management, maintenance, and leasing specialists, everybody has been wonderful. Generally it's risky to lease without a tour, but Trio Pointe is AMAZING. It turned out better than we ever could have hoped for. Usually I don't care about amenities but the pool, gym, dog park, playground, center walkways, grass, trees, etc, literally everything about this place is great, and it all adds up to being an amazing place to live.

Nothing is perfect in life but our stay here has been pretty close.

The 3bd 2 ba apartment is nice, in a good, easily accessible location. I do feel that it is a bit pricey given the size of the bedrooms, but it's what apartments in this area seem to go for these days. But it has been pretty quiet so far during the time that we have lived here. It's good that it has air conditioning and a modern feel, and clean. The pool also nice and clean. Tara, the leasing agent, has been wonderful to work with, she has been very helpful with getting us set up and ready to move in. We appreciated her patience and responsiveness. The parking situation could definitely be improved, especially for those living in the larger size apartments and sharing with more than one adult with cars. Overall so far it has been enjoyable.

Overall experience is very good, reasonably priced, maintenance staff dependable and a nice safe area.

This apartments are pretty much brand new and everything works perfectly.

The community looks and feels brand new even though it was built in 2018 (I believe). Well located to schools, shopping and eating spaces.

Trio pointe is a lovely complex, the apartments are spacious and modern. As a single mom the gated community feels safe and my children go to awesome schools. I love the sense of community here.

There are no words to describe how poorly managed Trio Pointe is. Cars park wherever they want (even in your spot or fire lanes or handicap), employees work from 9-4PM, the regional manager does nothing, there’s cigarettes thrown onto our deck, there’s marajuana being smoked, there’s music blasting. Management does NOTHING. It is a HORRIBLE experience. I hate it here so much.

Apartments are clean and modern. Location is safe and convenient to schools, shopping and restaurants.

All in all, I like and appreciate my living experience at Trio Pointe. Hindsight being 20/20, I would have rented an apartment with a larger bathroom. It's tiny. I would not have rented an apartment with parking below my bedroom window. There are many cars in the complex with "modified" exhaust systems. The social vibe of the community is non-existent. That's not a Trio Pointe problem. It's the times. I've had a problem or two where it would have been nice if the office were open earlier. I would add that I moved here from rural acreage. I was spoiled. "City livin'" took a little getting used to.

My apartment faces the courtyard which I really like. Its very quiet on the courtyard which I appreciate. I also like the fact the location of the complex is close to shopping areas.

The location is great, the buildings are very nicely kept, and the staff is very friendly!

Food carts brought on for special event.Family fun by the pool with a barbecue full size. Pool very clean and always perfect temperature! Parks near by to walk your dog. Beautiful apartment units and landscape.

I left after one years. Here’s the scoop. The apartments are OK but appliances are poor. Thankfully the men who work the apartments are always friendly and helpful. There are multiple dogs that are on the banned dog list. This is a common complaint amongst people with small dogs, cats, and/or children. Management ignores it. There is no resident parking as guests fill the spots. This is forbidden but the cars are rarely ticketed so it continues. There are a few cars here who rev their engines, drive fast, and peel out. This has been brought up to management but ignored also. Most residents are kind and chat with one another. My apartment was by the dog park so I always talked to people and that was nice. Overall, it was OK. I would have stayed but started to feel a bit unsafe with the cars and dog situation. Since management was unresponsive, I decided to go elsewhere. 2/5 stars.

I love living at trio pointe! The staff is so friendly and the community is amazing. So many amenities, security and convenience options to go with my beautiful apartment!

We couldnt have been better treated or cared for in the whole process from start to actual move in! Everyone was and continues to be great!
