Property Ratings at Triphammer Apartments
All the apartments have been recently renovated. The landlord even installed new windows last year. The kitchens are large . The rent is very reasonable compared to other nearby properties which are not nearly as nice. The location is convenient to everything. I am glad I selected Triphammer Apartments.
We weighed our options in Ithaca and nothing checked all our boxes like Triphammer. We wanted space, updated appliances, yard, easy parking and access to things in walking distance. We seriously looked at 8 other places before we finally found Anna here at Triphammer! The other complexes don't offer the same private entrance and intimate feel that Triphammer does. Yet the neighbors are friendly and many are happy to engage in conversation. You can pay rent online, submit service requests and chat in community forums all on a specific online portal just for residents.
I had to move from Brooklyn to Ithaca with a pretty short amount of time to find a place to live. I visited quite a few places- most of which I wasn't very impressed with. Then I happened upon Triphammer Apartments. Anna was quick to respond to my request to view the property. I walked in and was immediately impressed with the apartment and with Anna. She worked with me to arrange a move in date within the confines of my schedule. The apartment itself is lovely. It is very spacious with a kitchen that any cook would swoon over and would inspire anyone that doesn't cook to learn. I haven't had many issues with the apartment since I moved in 8 months ago but when I do, they are quick to respond and resolve whatever it is that needs attention. The complex is well managed and maintained with Anna being an absolute pleasure to have on site. She is forthcoming, reliable and most importantly, she genuinely cares about all of the tenants. Triphammer Apartments is in a perfect location- away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown but close to everything you might need- from grocery stores, to Ithaca Bakery, to a cinema and gym. (Plus much more.) This is my first time living outside of NYC and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose this apartment. If you're looking for a comfortable, well maintained place to live with management that genuinely cares about you, I highly recommend Triphammer Apartments!
