Property Ratings at Triton Terrace
I toured and applied here, and was approved promptly. Triton owns and manages this location, something I think is important especially for longer term tenants. Unfortunately, their lease allows them to enter your space at any time without notice… and they had no interest in modifying the contract. No expectation of privacy is something that strikes me as laughable… if it’s something you value, don’t waste your time here.
Triton Terrace is in a great location and has a beautiful floor plan. I moved here about 4 months ago and have enjoyed the view as well as the cozy layout of the property. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. They even have a car vacuum and air compressor for tires on site! There is also ample access to parking close to my apartment which is nice when I get home later at night. I have loved living here and would highly recommend it!

My partner and I have lived here since 2016, and Triton Terrace is a no brainier. The views are insane, apartments are beautiful, grounds are well kept (I know, I've lived at properties where there are actual dog poop problems) and the management is quick to respond. They listen and really go above and beyond. For us, management is why I'll continue to stay.

This used to be such a nice complex but then they had a management change. No one picks up after their pets(dog poop everywhere on the back of the complex), all the handicap spots are parked in by non-handicapped vehicles, dogs peeing on the walls outside all the stairwells, and they claim a smoke free complex... not even close. Management is aware of these things and refuses to do anything about it. It’s a pretty complex, nice apartments... but the management has really gone downhill. It literally stinks in all the stairwells. If you come here for a tour, really walk around and take a look for yourself.
