When I first moved in a year ago the property didn’t have the best reviews. However the staff has really gone above and beyond to make sure we have a good stay. Maintenance gets taken care of quickly and they know us by name along with even knowing which apartment we’re in. They started doing events shortly after we moved in and while I’ve only been to a couple of them it was very nice to have a sense of community there. And yes they do fix the gate regularly now :)
Access Gates still broken on all entrances/exits since moving in April 2022. Exterior building lights are not working to illuminate the property. Pet Waste station literally have holes in the can, so your dog doodoo doesn't even have a proper receptical or waste bags to pick up waste. They hired a tow company to now tow at spots that are adjecent to some of the units garage and deemed them not "marked spots" decreasing parking availability after residents have parked thier since the apartments have been built. If your concerned about security the apartment is not secured, the gates don't work, the gym access's is not secure, open to the public, pool gates are not secured, and most importantly the cameras do not work.
Bad management , they have terrible customer service , all my neighbors always complain About service, the manager at office always closes her door they don’t show respect , I feel that they treated the tenants like they are staying free!!

This place needs to retrain or replace management. There has been garbage and rats all over property for months. Police are often called for various reasons during the night. Serious issues are not addressed. I would not recommend living here.

Very poorly trained management. Serious issues are not handled. They are rude when you are simply reporting an issue. Domestic violence occurs often, police are called yet nothing is done. Documentation is not performed when it should be. Owner should be more involved in handling ongoing issues. Corporate office is impossible to reach. Rats and trash are all over the property. I would not recommend living here at all.

I've been a resident here since December 2016 and this is by far one of the best properties I've had the pleasure of renting! The office staff is very supportive and go over and beyond to make sure I'm happy living here. They even moved us into another unit a couple months ago at no cost because we were not satisfied with our unit at the time and it was a breeze! It is also a very quiet property and not to mention the blessing of having a resident officer patrolling and making sure it remains a peaceful place to live! I definitely will be renewing my lease! Thanks Century Edgewater for all you do!

I LOVE living here! I have never had a better apartment than I do now. I absolutely adore the management team and the maintenance staff. The pool is the only amenity I use and we're there multiple times per week and love it. I have finally convinced my best friend of 8 yrs to live here too. I have absolutely zero issues ever. I feel at home and I'm happy.

Management unprofessional. My wife and I have lived here for 2 years. Every time there is an issue the management staff has been very unprofessional. They do not honor specials, always some sort of fine print they didn't share with you. They have raised our rent 40-50 dollars each time we renew the lease. The construction does not have enough insulation so you hear the neighbors above every time they walk across the floor. I would not recommend this property. Recently there was a couple having a loud fight at midnight that lasted 2 hours and when we called the office the next day they would not help us at all and instead said we needed to call the police. Not courteous, the gentleman we spoke to raised his voice and was argumentative over the phone and when asked to speak to a manager at 5pm said there was none available.

In the amount of time I lived here there were multiple owners and management companies. Each one progressively getting worse. When Centry Edgewater took over I was excited. They made grand statements about all the improvements that were coming and how great it all would be. They resurfaced the pool (cosmetic) and started redoing apartments by adding nicer fixtures. I debated about signing another lease but the agent I'd been working with (one that kept their job through the transition) promised me a great rate. I went in to sign my lease on the day it was expiring but imagine that they couldn't do the price that was agreed to in the phone. Also, I was getting hit with a late rent fee! It was explained to me that since I knew I was going to sign another lease I should have known about what my rent would be and should have paid something. My lease and therefore my last payment should have taken me to the end of that day. A new lease would mean a new contract and new payment starting on that day. Not according to them. I did end up signing another one year lease and asked for someone to call me to discuss if they could upgrade some of my fixtures. I never received that phone call. After living here for just shy of 7 years my carpet had normal wear and stains. Upon moving out I received a bill for $100 carpet cleaning. They didn't replace the carpet before moving someone in just cleaned it. The carpet should have been replaced, as it is the lowest level apartment grade, before the next tenant moved in. I was even told the lifespan of that carpet is typically 5 years. I lived there almost 7 years and someone lived in that apartment 1 year prior to me. The complex was built in 2008. 8 years later the new tenant is still on 5 year life carpet. I feel sorry for them. The management company of the complex should be thanking me not charging me. Obviously the only "damage" I caused in almost 7 years were some carpet stains. Honestly, there were just small things, like this, that left me with a bad taste for Century Edgewater. Knowing what I know now, I'd have moved when they took over the complex. Their inability to think about something case by case and with logic drove me crazy. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did. I love the area and actually loved my apartment. Just not the people running it.

I have lives at Pavillion town place for 6 months. The complex is in a great walkable area with an established area of single family homes and stores on one side and shops on the other. The complex is very pet friendly. We have had all maintinence issues fixed within 24 hours. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The community is mostly 30 and is very quiet. The only issue I have is that the interior of the apartment has partially laminate counters, only the island is granite, the cabinets are light wood and not in great shape. Also the slate tile in the kitchen and bath are unsightly and difficult to clean. I should note that some units have been upgrades to stainless appliances and all granite. All together I feel the neighborhood outweighs the outdated style of the apartment.

Although the name is slightly misleading, considering the closest body of water is over a mile away, these are wonderful luxury apartments in a fantastic location! You have many route options for your commute to work. There is what seems to be an unlimited amount of shopping and restaurant choices two miles away. You have easy access to Clear Lake, Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston Bay, and NASA Space Center is your next door neighbor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is fairly slow at times, but very thorough and courteous. You have access to a fitness center, 2 gorgeous pools, a children's playground, and plenty of parking. The grounds are very well kept and will remind you of a tropical paradise with it's Palm Trees and exotic plant variety. If you want Luxury Living at an affordable price, friendly neighbors, helpful staff, and the perfect location with beautiful scenery and gorgeous sunsets, then this is the place for you!
Gated community Luxury Apartments with tall ceilings and crown moldings in every spacious room. Eye catching landscaping with several barbeque areas and children playground. Large pool with barbeque party area. Community common areas also include an Exercise Gym, Game and Business area. Another plus for pet owners is Fur Babies are welcome.
It's a nice place to live. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Staff: Melissa and Charles are awesome.
Nice apartments with very nice landscaping and pool areas. The gates seem to always be broken or worked on would probably be my only complaint. We have a 2 bedroom and it is a bit pricey but it is nice to know you're living in a nice area with not so trashy neighbors. Good high ceilings and noise is not an issue here where I am. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe, clean, comfortable place to live.
