The Delaware Municipal Airport is located in town, as well as three different golf courses and multiple parks. About eight miles north of downtown Delaware, you’ll find Delaware Lake and State Park. There you’ll have access to River Run Park where you can kayak/canoe down the Olentangy River. After you find your apartment in Delaware, make sure to visit local eateries downtown and take a trip down the river for incredible views of Ohio’s natural beauty.

My spouse and I have been here 13 years and are looking forward to many more! The front-office team goes the extra mile to make us feel like family and to be helpful when needs arise. The maintenance team is prompt, courteous, and competent. Even the landscaping contractors are great! The buildings and grounds are attractive and well-maintained. We highly recommend it.

While the apartment may be decent, the staff is awful. I was hung up on and threatened to be evicted over a $60 late fee that I hadn't earned, since I payed my rent on time. The staff then acted as though they sent a letter with strict compliance orders in order to cover their mistakes. We've been tenants for years and have yet to get office staff capable of doing their job correctly. Our kitchen sink has leaked since we moved in in 2015. All of the maintenance requests we put in so far since signing our most recent least, and promises the staff made upon our lease resigning, have been ignored. Find a landlord with a conscience and run from Trotters Landing, as they are lacking one.
I was very interested in living here but they never answered the phone whenever I would call! I tried calling over a dozen different times in hopes to set up a meeting to meet with them and look at their apartments. I ended up going with a different apartment complex near by but it was disappointing to never hear from them because I would of signed a lease with them.

My husband and I looked at an apartment about a year ago and we had wonderful service. We got to look at the apartment that day and there were many follow-up phone calls. However, a condo came open that we had wanted for quite a while. That is the only reason we did not rent here. We rate them top-notch!
