Truman Farm Villas

I have had the pleasure of on site rental agents that were both professional and thoroughly informative. They are friendly and inviting at all times I have been on the property. I also noted they are friendly with their renters and introduce you to them when you are in the clubhouse area. The renters seem to be comfortable to approach them with request or concerns. They also state they are satisfied with the maintenance and upkeep of the property. The grounds are meticulous, even for the wintertime. My application and other forms were processed and completed in a very reasonable amount of time and reviewed with me the material, at each interval of the process. The process went smoothly. Thank you guys

As you know I enjoy living here and feel you all take good care of the property and care about the residents.

Need transportation for those residents without cars to get to the grocery store once a week.

I have lived here many years....well over 13 years....that should say it all. Good communication between staff and residents, clean attractive grounds, apartments well-maintained, requests listened to, suggestions heard, good location.

I would recommend people to rent here because this is a great place to live in very spacious rooms, clean and comfortable.

Absolutely, I?ve suggested Truman Farm community to several friends. Some are waiting to turn 55 to apply!

It is timely,dependable. I?m very satisfied with Truman Farm Villa. Friendly staff. I would recommend it to everyone and anyone.

I have a couple of issues. 1) The electric bill is much too high for this small apt in the weather time even with the windows have plastic on them. 2) I DONT like the fact that I cannot have the cable provider of my choice. If I'm paying my bill, ife I should be able to have who I want. Maybe internet should be provided by Truman Farm and added into the monthly rent payments

This complex was built for me. The location is perfect, the staff makes u feel like you're at family. The security gate is a +. Lawn-care is well maintain.

The maintenance department always do an excellent job. The only time there is a problem with maintenance doing the job is when the office manager doesn't give them a work order on it.

I absolutely love to staff at Truman Farm Villa! They have been a great help since day one. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to be apart of the community and look forward to many years here.

This community is secure and nicely maintained. Office staff and maintenance teams are very responsive and great to work with.

Exceptional upkeep of the grounds as well as maintaining the buildings. All maintenance issues handled according to importance such as air conditioning issues ect.

WE HAVE A LOT OF GREAT NEIGHBORS WHO CARE & MOST OF TIME RESPECT EACH OTHER!I HAVE HAD A FEW COMPLAINTS ABOUT RESIDENTS WHO REFUSE TO LEASH THEIR PET! WE STILL HAVE ONE IN BLDG 2016 WHO DOES NOT FOLLOW RULES! SHE DOES EXACTLY JUST AS SHE PLEASES ! IWOULD LIKE TO SEE PET FREE APARTMENTS - SOME OF US LIKE CLEANER HALLS, ELEVATOR, & NO PET HAIR IN APARTMENT! I AM NO THE ONLY RESIDENT WHO WANTS PET & SMOKE FREE BUILDINGS - NO CHILDREN WUNNING AMOCK WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION & BALLS BEING TOSSED IN PARKED CAR LOT BY GRANDKIDS OR KIDS ON FAST SCOOTERS RACING ACROSS & AROUND PARKING LOT - THIS GOES ON WHEN VISITORS COME AFTER HOURS & WEEKENDS! WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK THESE KIDS WHO IS YOUR GRAND PARENT-LEGAL GUARDIAN OR ASK THEIR FAMILY NOT TO PLAY IN HALLWAYS OR ELEVATORS - RUN OR SCREAM! EVEN IN BLDG 16 - MY NEIGHBORS HAVE ROUDY ADULT VISITORS AT NIGHT TALKING TOO LOUD ! I WANT VISITORS TO HAVE A NICE TIME AT VILLA - BUT - REMEMBER - BE SAFE - MIND YOUR MANNERS - USE INSIDE VOICE!

The cost of rent has made some of our friends look elsewhere. They like the size of our one bedroom unit and the full size kitchen, but in the end it comes down to cost.

I would recommend it readily. People know I have enjoyed being here all these years and they are impressed when they visit me. I would tell folks about the adequate space, that I like living with seniors, I like the quiet, pleasant, clean environment, I like the spirit of friendliness and diversity. I feel safe here.I love the management and maintenance staff. Truman Farm Villas is a comfortable,homey place to live.

I want to say I've really enjoyed my apartment since I moved in, my mother and I are renting from Truman Farm Villas in Grandview, MO. We love it here, it's a 55 community, it's my first time living in a community like this one. It's a small but very quite community, and that's what my mom needs; is peace and quiet since she's on Hospice right now. The community has activities, movie night, and birthdays refreshments each month to celebrate the residents birthdays, among other things. We are so happy we found Truman Farm Villas to make our home.
