I have found that living at Tryon place is easy and safe. I rented here because there is an elevator and my unit includes a washer and dryer.

Attention is given to cleanliness, service when needed, and pleasant work association. Quietness is extremely nice as well as pleasant aromas. (Real talent is exerted in Christmas decorations; it make's things pleasant for the holiday.)

We've been living at Tryon Place for 8 years, which just about says it all. The location couldn't be better, the property is kept impeccable, prices are comparable to other complexes, maybe better, and our apartment layout is outstanding. The current staff is the best we've had and that's saying a lot as we've always had good people running the complex. The manager, assistant manager, leasing staff and maintenance team are top notch as they are always available to your needs and make you feel well taken care of. The maintenance team, when called upon, are at your door, most times, the same day you put your service request in. You never have to have them back for a repeat fix as they always do the job right the first time. And if that's not enough, they are very personable, always have a smile on their face and make you feel like you are a valued tenant. The whole staff makes you feel like family.

We love Tryon Place, truly the best apartment complex we've ever lived in. The apartment is in great condition and maintenance is super on top of any issues that come up. Common spaces are always updated and clean. We really like the community (especially because it's only a couple of buildings) and how many social events they have going on.

We've lived at Tryon Place for 8 years, that speaks for itself. Occasionally we look at other complexes but overall they haven't lived up to the standards we experience here. Among other things, the location is excellent and can't be beat as far as we're concerned. The staff are amazing and very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The current maintenance team is the best we've had in the time that we've been here. We've never second guessed our decision for choosing Tryon Place.

Tryon Place is well situated. Close to several good shopping areas, Waverly Place, Tryon Village and Kildare Farms. The underground parking is very convenient with elevator access to the apartments. The office staff is efficient and helpful.

I'm in my 3rd year of residency at Tryon Place and plan to renew my lease for another year. I have enjoyed my stay here. The location suits me well and I have no complaints concerning the staff or my apartment.

Beautiful, landscaped Community with great amenities (clubhouse, pool, fitness room). I am not able to attend social events that occur since I don’t work remotely. However, I feel the residents are appreciated through frequent various events that Tryon Place have for the residents.

It is a big mistake using the really crummy faucets that you had before it was replaced by a very nice faucet (much higher quality)- it leaked from day 1, even after it was replaced and could have flooded my apt if I didn't catch the leak quick enough. The kitchen has decent appliences and a granite top- why do you choose to use such poor hardware for the sink and expect the renter to use such bad sink fixtures and even worse, charge extra for an accetable fixture- just my opinion

We do have upgraded features that we offer in certain apartments, but typically if a resident asks for it after moving in there is a one-time fee for the upgraded feature. We try to make sure everyone is taken care of while staying here at Tryon Place. Apartments are open and spacious. On average it is very quiet.

I would love to compliment the team here at Tryon Place. Marsha and Gabreilla are very helpful, pleasant, and welcoming anytime I enter the office with a concern ... or compliment. The maintenance team is also very helpful, efficient, professional, knowledgeable. Their work ethic is superior and they are always very friendly and respectful. Tryon Place is a very nice place to live; I have been here for over five years now. :))

Really can't express how nice it is to live in a pleasant, quiet, well-cared-for residential development not far from almost any medical, or dental service needs, as well as shopping and pharmaceutical supply sources.
