The regulars that hangout in the front are some of the most pathetic, sad, manipulative, disgraceful people you’ll ever meet. I could go ON about this, but I think I’ve wasted enough time at/on this place. The laundry is always broken too.

Day 4 into a 1 year lease... no enforcement of masks in the entire building, not even the gym. These same maskless people want to cram into an elevator with you. Residents gather and congregate in the parking lot right below your window so good luck with quiet enjoyment or trying to get fresh air without opening your window to their conversations. Residents blasting music 4 floors up that you can hear clear as day because it seems this is the land of inconsideration. Leasing agents won't call back or reply via email once you are moved in, they did their work of promising things that turned out to be false and care less about your living conditions or right to quiet enjoyment and a safe environment. Gonna be a fun 361 more days! Dont rent here, I already regret it. They want to charge you 85/mo for reserved parking but guests and outsiders can park here for free with no issue. Dont feel safe, feel conned, now stuck. :(
Don't live here if you have a dog. Management will say that you can't hear dogs barking through the units but you can hear them more clear than almost any other place I have lived. If your dog barks at all, management will issue lease violation paperwork to you but never try to actual help with the situation(ie. let you know who is complaining so you can talk with them). If you don't have a dog it may be alright but if you are sensitive to dogs barking I wouldn't suggest it.

We are a pet-friendly community, and as such, we require that pet owners follow specific pet rules outlined in the lease, for the benefit and enjoyment by all residents. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I lived here for a full year and it was the worst decision I could have made. The staff is a complete joke. I literally don't understand what they get paid to do. The parking there is awful. The place is one big gossip fest. I felt like I was in high school again - everyone talks crap about everyone (even the staff) and parties like they are going absolutely nowhere with their lives. On a different note, the quality over everything in that place is complete crap. For being a new building and the prices they charge to live in a shoebox, you think they would have put a bit more thought into design. Please don't make the same mistake I did. This place literally messes with your life in a very negative way. I've lived in many different places and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

However, we are not able to locate you in our system and worry that you were either not a lease holder or did not live at the property. Please call us so we can discuss your concerns.
The monthly cost of rent listed is not what you end up paying- everything is add-on and not a true amenity. The pool, gym, and lounges are free to use, but you pay for the shared electric. Also, the apartments are not individually metered, so you have to be willing to pay an average sum and not for what you truly used, which I thought should have been included in the lease. Storage, parking, and laundry are additional as well. Nice building overall, but not quality. If you're looking for more than laminate flooring and IKEA shelving, keep looking. It's not worth the cost in my opinion.
I was so excited to see that the building was being converted to residents. I liked how the exterior finishes were progressing, and then one I was driving by and asked myself, "why are the blinds red, yellow and orange!" Very juvenile.

Hello and thanks for your comments. Wanted to let you know that these unique blinds are indeed red, yellow and orange on the outside, but are completely white on the inside of each apartment. The designers chose these blinds because they give the property a colorful look from the outside, but the interior white allows the residents of each apartment to decorate with their own tastes.
