West Palm Beach puts the excitement and extravagance of South Florida in your lap without the exorbitant price tag. It’s a great community for folks who like to stay active: The Lake Trail offers a chance to ride a bike through a scenic route lined by majestic trees, historic mansions (including Henry Flagler’s Sea Gull Cottage), and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The nightlife along Clematis Street and at the CityPlace complex provides enough variety to ensure that there are always plenty of options for your after-hours adventures. Numerous performance venues and music festivals bring an eclectic roster of concerts to the community; SunFest in particular attracts major touring act and regularly draws hundreds of thousands of fans to the waterfront every spring.
For a more intimate and refined experience, catch a performance by the Palm Beach Pops or the Miami City Ballet at the Kravis Center.

Property Ratings at Turtle Cove
Where do begin? I rented from Turtle Cove for a total of 7 months due to relocation for work, and it was the absolute worst experience. My main reason for choosing Turtle Cove was the fact is was advertised as a “Gated Community”. The gates worked a total of 2 weeks. I was charged full amount for rent with no reimbursement for their faulty gates. I was simply told the gates weren’t a necessity. CATS and i means CATS like hordes of them. They use the landscaping as their restrooms, and it smells like a liter box all over the community. Duck excrement covers the side walks no matter where you are. Massive bug issues millipedes had taken over my apartment. Also you get a lot of New Guinea worms which are invasive, and can make you sick as they carry parasites. My bill for “base water and sewer” fluctuated insanely month by month. On top of paying for my own water and sewage usage. Gun shots happen frequently on the main road out front. Also my water coming from the shower head would come out black, and stain the tub. I put in a work order for this, and was a constant issue that was never resolved. My front door was changed by the staff there. They came back to paint the interior of the door, and got paint EVERYWHERE. I was cleaning paint splatter for 30 minutes. Cabinets and interior is out dated as well as falling apart. I was elated when I was relocated for work again. I signed a year lease and broke it early. So in turn was charged 2 months rent to terminate which is understood. Once I had moved I was sent and additional bill. It stated my bed frame ”damaged” the rug. I was provided with blurry pictures, and a threat of my account going to collections if not paid. So my message to you is please avoid this headache for your own good. Management is terrible, and over all maintenance is poor

I lived in apartment 1407 for 15 months. The lawnscaping is good Peter is a good leasing guy Everything else is pretty bad Gates always broken. They force you to pay extermination fees but never send anyone to come exterminate. At the end of our move they charged us a ton of fees.especially a ridiculous extermination fee when we had asked them to fix the issue multiple times and they kept saying covid.which isn't an excuse. The manager Jackie is exactly like everyone else says. It wasn't a terrible environment to live in at first but they raise rent whenever and try and screw you over with fees after you leave

I would not recommend anyone moving here, the rent is high and the manager is not friendly. The security gates never work and there is a serious bug problem. The “wooden flooring” is paper flooring and damages easily. If you are late on the rent you will be fine of over $125 and they wouldn’t refund you no matter the excuse. It is a struggle to get into the amenities on the property with broken fobs.

Good afternoon, We would like to get more information about your experiance. PLease contact the office to discuss at 561-471-4966. Thank you,
I’ve lived in the apartment for about 18 months now. I will not be renewing the lease for sure.. Turtle cove apartments require weekly pest control treatments to minimize cockroach sightings throughout the apartment. There’s a serious parking problem throughout the 2/2 buildings. Management refuses to address this. The lease clearly states only four tenants are to occupy a 2/2, yet we have some heavily populated apartments with up to 5-6 people living in them. This contributes to the parking problem. The tenants above me have 5 vehicles they park in the lot. “First come first served” means that those of us who own 1-2 vehicles per apartment when arriving home past a certain time will be forced to park very far from our buildings. The recent changes in property management have only made things worse. Concerns are not addressed, emails are ignored. The gate remains wide open 4 days out of the week every single week. This is a disaster!

Have lived in turtle cove for about 7 months. The property management team is very attentive and try to make tenants happy. However, the buildings are falling apart interiorly. They recently painted and replaced the wooded coverings outside. They don’t seem to care about remodeling the indoors. There’s a severe bug problem roaches/striders and works crawling on the floors. I believe all of these pests come from the interior of the walls. The gym has nice treadmills however the rest of the equipment is very old and falling apart. The carpet in the gym is disgusting.
My parents love living here. It's only ten minutes from the beach, and five minutes from the airport. Any time that they have had an issue, the staff in the office has been quick to resolve it. I would highly recommend Turtle Cove to anyone relocating to West Palm.
After finding this apartment on apartments.com, I fell in love! I was completely sold just by looking at the pictures alone. The rent was a tad over budget, but nothing major. I called in attempt to schedule a tour and the person I spoke to (lucky for her I can't remember her name) was sooo rude! If they can be that blatantly rude to potential renters, I could only imagine how they treat the people living there. I'm so disappointed.
Great place to live! Office staff and maintenance are great and prompt. The only criticism is that it is an older building and could use some upgrades. Beautiful grounds are well kept.
I just moved from New York with my daughter and boyfriend , I absolutely love the area we chose we have great amenities which my daughter loves specially the pool. Satisfied with our apartment so far, not the most lavish apartment but atleast my daughter has her own bathroom n room which she loves. Hate that I have carpet throughout the entire apartment but I'll live with it for now. Definitely a big difference from living in New York.
Well my daughter and I moved from nyc where we lived in a cramped 1 bedroom apartment paying $1700 a month and there wasn't mich space for both of us . She is a 4 year old girl who wanted to live around warm weather and have her own place . I took the job as a corrextional officer in Florida to provide the life she wanted . 2 bed room and a 2 bath aprtment with a patio and amazing grass area in the back for her out door love . Her room is designed with the theme of a princess , her bed resembles the Cinderella carriage from the movie and many princess decorations around her wall . In her bathroom it is flooded with the Frozen theme . From curtains to tooth brush Ans floor rugs . My aprtment isn't All so flashy and lavished but the fact that I was able to give a deserving little girl the kind of living she always desired made me want to share my story . She's my reason for living ...
I enjoy my apartment itself. The area isn't great though. My bike was stolen off my balcony. When I moved in, the carpet was still wet and I had to keep all my stuff on the truck for an extra day. Nobody ever offered to reimburse me when I told them. Also, my air unit wasnt cooling. It took them 3 weeks to finally fix it and they wouldn't reimburse me for the $40 increase in my electric bill. Other than these 2 incidents, everything has been enjoyable. Very affordable rent
This is a nice place to live. Office staff very nice.
