Property Ratings at Turtle Creek
It’s a small semi quiet place to live, the property is well maintained
We are so happy we made the move to Turtle creek. We can tell that the community as well as the staff care about the property. Our only issue is guest parking. There are very limited spots and it seems like the same cars are always occupying the spaces. Other than that everything else about the property surpasses so many of the other properties in the Riverside area. We are definitely happy here.
Overall we love it, it is beautiful and peaceful. Amber your manager and Jorge your supervisor make a great team and are always very helpful
Complex was amazing until new management took over. No one in the office answers phone calls or emails. Management also does not communicate very well when it comes notifying tenants about water being shut off on the property or when they need to enter the dwelling. This complex has a lot of plumbing issues. Parking is also a huge problem. The playground is overrun by kids that are throwing trash everywhere and climbing all over bbqs and picnic tables. At night you find people digging through dumpsters or bums using the picnic tables and bbqs. Management says there is security but you never see them on the property. Apartments are overpriced for the area.
Leasing office staff and maintenance are friendly and efficient
This complex is absolutely beautiful. We love the pool area and the dog park as well as the Tot Lot for our granddaughter. My husband and I loved the 2-bedroom 2 bath floor plan. Amber and staff were very informative and pleasant. They answered all of our questions and added some comments for questions we forgot to ask. I would recommend this complex. Thank you, Amy

This place met nearly all my requirements of a home. All the new stainless steel appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer is a must for me! I also love the central A/C. The floor plans are spacious and beautiful. It makes it feel like a space I'm proud to call home.
Turtlecreek is a beautiful complex. Unfortunately due to the lack of access to amenities here its not worth the price we pay for rent . I understand the pandemic has made things challenging. Pool and gym time are done by appointment only and management is very hard to get a hold of and closed on Sunday. Amenities need to be accessible all weekend for those of us who work. Overall the property and apartments are beautiful and Greg in maintenance is awesome. Fix the amenities issue and this place would be a great place to live.
I love the appearance of this place and the set up of our apartment is amazing. However there are too many technical issues with the overall residence that cause unnecessary daily stress. For example; 1) there is no additional parking, all parking is for residents aside from 4 guest parking spots in the back that you need a guest permit for that never seem to be available. 2) there is never anyone available at the leasing office/ lack of management presence (never respond to emails/ voicemail calls) when emergencies arise. We spent a whole afternoon without water without any warning and no one ever responded. 3) we reached out on different occasions about guest parking and no one has ever responded. Many people park there without a guest parking since this became an issue, and the one time my husband parks there he gets towed in our own apartment complex. These are just 3 of the main issues we have with our residence. Other than that we love our apartment.
The apartment complex is clean and amazing. Brand new layouts and fully renovated. Super awesome!
