Property Ratings at Turtle Parc
Read the other reviews.. four 1 star reviews & 4.8 average.. you do the math
I have lived here for 2 years and my experience has been very disappointing. 1. The Gate: the gate typically doesn’t work so it is consistently open most of the time so not having a working keycard is t much of an issue. However every now and then they close the gates and every time my key hasn’t worked. I’ve gone to the property manager multiple times and still my key doesn’t work. Which leaves me and other residents no choice but to wait for someone who may on the off chance have a working key. 2. The parking is a nightmare: when I first moved in they gave me a parking pass to hang in my window. There wonderful way of telling me that they updated the parking passes was to tow my car 25 minutes away in downtown Columbus and pay $100 to get it out despite my “old” parking pass ( not included the Uber fee to get there). Interesting enough they now have a no tow policy so residents park far from there units while guest take up main parking. Speaking of guest there are maybe less than 10 guest parking spots for the entire complex. 3. You’re still here, great! Choose a 3rd floor apartment unit: if you choose any lever lower you run the risk of hearing every step from your upstairs neighbor. 4. Choose away from dumpster! The dumpster breaks quite frequently leaving people no choice but to pile up trash near the dumpster. If your unit is close to dumpster your deck will be swarmed by flies and forget about opening a window because the smell is pungent.
It’s a hot day in June…is the pool open? NO! Why? Waiting on a part…. Wouldn’t that be something you checked in early May to prepare? We pay a premium here but can’t use the facility? The gates haven’t worked from the time I moved in a year ago…thus we had a number of car windows smashed in the coldest part of the winter! The apartments are good, except that we have no water pressure.
I got my car side door mirrors scratch and leaving me with the repair costs. I told property management and they did not care and provide me no help.
