Property Ratings at Turton Properties
This was terrible process through and through. The units are nasty with peeling flooring and mold throughout. Don't expect them to clean mold and make sure to read mold section in lease. Speaking of the lease it is huge. Not only that but they won't give you a copy of the lease to review before you come in to sign. I think this place might have been nice 20 years ago but there are MUCH better offerings in Americus so don't waste your time. Also the front desk employee is kid of rude but the bigger issue is incompetence. Bullet dodged
I’m approaching the 6 months mark since moving in & it has been great. Clean community and they are constantly improving; whether it’s how to communicate with residents or requesting maintenance. I moved back home from Atlanta and this was the only property I saw myself moving too. Very satisfied!
It’s very nice, peaceful, and quiet. It’s in a nice neighborhood. Not to far from Walmart, where I can do my everyday shopping!
I moved here in 2022, and I was very excited. They welcomed me and fiance and our little small dog. That’s one of the reason why we moved here; they understand people love their animals. And if treated good and kept on a leach everything will be fine. However, there are a several problems about living here. Rent is way too high for this area! And going up steadily!! I would understand if they came and renovated but they haven’t, and if something breaks or need replacing! Good luck! It took a whole year, for me to get the ceiling patched up (not fixed but patched) and the hot water sucks and the Maintenance guy said they’re to cheap to replace the hot water heater. However, it is a safe environment to live. Just have to pay to much to live.
I’ve been here for 2 years now. I can say that it is a safest place for me and my family
We play a sport for GSW and it is so convenient living next to the fields. We have never had a problem with anything here. It is safe and reliable living! It is very big my parents come up here and stay with me a lot when we have games and we never feel like we are on top of one another.
The location is within a walking distance--or a short driving distance--of the university campus, stores, banks, and a car rental business. Weather permitting, I can frequently walk instead of drive. Also, the neighborhood is safe and calls for maintenance lead to prompt service.
I’ve only been living here since December and i’ve been really enjoying it so far.The apartments are very nice, modern and spacious. The neighborhood itself is nice, quiet and peaceful. The backyard patio is also a very nice bonus. I feel at home in these apartments. The ladies in the leasing office were also very nice and helpful gettin everything setup to rent this place. I would definitely recommend renting here if you’re looking for something nice and affordable. I will definitely be renewing my lease when it’s up!
This is my first time living here , and I can say that I love this place. It’s very quiet and it’s a very beautiful place to stay ! I know I will be living here for a while .
I’ve been living here since August 2023, I have enjoyed every second of it. The walls could be a little thicker but no biggy! The pool is great! The office staff are great as well!
It's not the best but but it's not the worst. You will have to deal with 8am lawnmowers at your windows disturbing you out of your sleep. You will have to deal with loud music in cars coming in and out of the complex late at night. You will have to deal with getting comfortable and then being forced to move because of the ridiculous increase in rent price annually.. but it's ok.
Overpriced, rent keeps increasing. But no remodeling, no laundry mat, no club house, noisy neighbors. Rent increases EVERY year 50+dollars. DO NOT MOVE HERE
I genuinely think this place is great. The staff is very receptive and the area is quiet and well kept. The studio i am in is very spacious and even has a back porch. It is not like a standard complex that has multiple studios, it's more like a small standalone house that's connected side by side with others.
When I say the definition of peaceful living this will be it. Everything’s amazing from the neighbors, the company, and maintenance. Rooms are spacious and rooms have huge closets. You can not go wrong choosing Turton Properties as your next home. I’ve been here a couple of months and I love it!
I overly love my Apartment/ Complex. I’ve been here going on 3 years and haven’t had any problems since I’ve been here . The people here is very friendly and I’ll highly recommend you to stay here .
I moved in like a month ago to a 3 bedroom apartment is so beautiful it have so much space I feel so comfortable in! 100% recommended!
Great place to call home I’ve been with them going on three years now. Haven’t had any problems anything goes wrong I put a work order in and they are alway quick about come to fix the problem. Great people you will definitely love rent from them.
Each apartment in it's own way is great to stay in, whether it's a studio, 1,2, or 3 bedroom. All that matters is what you bring to the apartment to make it your own piece of heaven. I myself stay at UP also known as University Place located right beside the baseball field and GSW college. Basically it's walking distance from your apartment to the college. I like my place because of the distance to and from the college, and it's just the right size for a college student, and not to mention your neighbors are very friendly and don't bother you. O last thing the laundry room is right next to my apartment how cool is that as well as a newly installed vending machine that has both snacks and drinks in them.
I lived here during my time in college and I loved it! It was a perfect college apartment. Jessica was always there to help me with anything. I highly recommend!
My husband and I have been trying to contact Lexington Place Apartments every day for two weeks now. We have left several voicemails, emails, and inquiries through apartments.com to no avail. Absolutely frustrating - I can't imagine they are much better with their own tenants.
