Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience at our community, we appreciate it! Do not hesitate to reach out to our onsite team if we may of assistance in any way.
I stayed on the property for 6 months.I can say it was always clean & I really like the fact that I never saw a lot of people just hanging around or inside the buildings.Morgan,Melanie,& Mark were always professional whenever I needed anything, or had questions. And for that I felt I should leave a good review for the staff & let others know this apt is worth moving to if you want to live in the area..

Thank you for sharing your positive experiences with our community and staff! We appreciate the recommendation and 5-stars!
I am very pleased with my experience so far with the Tuscany, Morgan made the application process effortless and I appreciate that. It’s been great so far! I’ve been here for 2 weeks and I have only met friendly and welcoming people. The staff (Melanie the assistant manager and Mark the maintenance supervisor) were very helping and quick with move in!

Welcome to Tuscany! We are so happy to hear that our staff was able to provide you with an easy application and move-in process. Thank you for the 5 stars!
The managers don’t care about you at all they act all nice and friendly at first they don’t let you see the apartment until you sign papers. They lag on their part of things so you have to bug them constantly or it won’t get done. Plenty of people have had their cars towed because the staff fails to notify you when you’re parking permit is ready. I’m only 2mo into my lease within that time I have called numerous times to get my central air fixed no one ever shows up and it’s a big waste of my day waiting for someone to come. It’s over 100° in here everyday…not ok, I have dogs it’s way too hot to leave them in here when I go to work, I put a window AC and they told me to take it down but they won’t work with me. Other than that there are roaches there are rats outside there is water damage on the roof there are leaky sinks they haven’t fixed the water shuts off,hot water stops working, there are homeless tweakers going through the trash homeless camps set up all around the apartments, today there was actually a fire started by a homeless camp on the freeway close to the apartments. Should I go on???? … don’t do it
Living here is so disgusting and disappointing. There are always homeless in the trash cans and taking showers in the pool area. When driving by the apartments you will see homeless sleeping on the grass!!! Loud cars come in with their music full blast throughout the day and night turning on car alarms!! There’s never any parking and the gate is ALWAYS broken. There’s tons of spiders in and around the apartments along with dirty cars and a lot of wild life. This is not the ideal place to live. I am not renewing my lease here. I’m moving out ASAP! And I would advise you to look elsewhere.
The office staff is very unsatisfactory. Elizabeth does not call back if you follow-up on her. I have to stop by at the office. What an inconvenience right! She should be fired on what she did to me. She made me wait for nothing on the approval of my application. I think the apartment was not ready for move-in by the scheduled move-in. The company itself could not verify my employment. I even ask my boss to write them a letter that I work in that company. But it's not good enough. What kind of system they have. The paystub should be enough as a proof of income, but no to them. I applied to any apartment and compared their policy. I would say that they need to revise their policy. Anyway, I'm happy now in my new apartment it only takes two days to get approved. Hay! it's their loss. I'm a good renter. Don't live here. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Absolutely nothing like the pictures what’s so ever! First of its disgusting here and dirty the laundry rooms look abandoned they are so filthy not just that almost 85% of the time the machines don’t work! Ive had my car windows busted here lots of other tenants have had their cars stolen and broken into too one week I talked to 3 different tenants who had their car batteries stolen from their cars. There is never no security not a safe area at all!! In the back of the apartments there is a large amount of homeless ppl that live in the back of the apartments. Maintenance takes super long to fix anything and water is SHUT OFF EVERY SINGLE WEEK EVERY SINGLE WEEK!
Do not sign the lease guys, we got roaches 3 months into moving in. So disgusted I don't even want to take my stuff so I won't take any of them with me. The management is awful. Morgan is the manager I believe and she us the worst attitude. They gave me late charges thankfully i keep all documents and was able to fix that. Just make sure to keep every receipt you can because they sure don't keep track or their things. I can go on and on. I'm a grad student and I need to save money as soon as the lease is over I'm out of here. If this is a last resort I understand but if you have options do not settle for this.
Yes I think that the area is very bad I've had my car broken into just to steal a flashlight my windows been broken my kids have been picked on and called names and there's never no parking for my family and I just think that the security could do a better job than the people in the front office or so so rude you should fire them and get some someone else but for the price I could live just about anywhere for that price so I can't wait to get out of here
This is the worst property I ever lived in too many things have to be repaired my vehicle was stolen. They have security they were now were to be found manegent either. I just don't feel comfortable or safe here. I've heard from other tenants that other people's cars been broken into they have shut the water off four time since I moved here in may of 2015. I want out of here worst area to live.
this complex has really bad management. . Roaches infestation and is been going on for years .. They take too long to fix things and lately there has been a few breaking and management seems to not care .. I really don't recommend this place .
