Property Ratings at Tuscany Hills Apartment Homes
Pros: Management is easy to get a hold of, beautiful property that is always kept clean and pretty, any fixes around the apartment get fixed ASAP, calm & quiet, nice and renovated apartments Cons: Parking.. I lived here for 2 years and got towed twice. If you don’t have any guests visiting then great, but it’s difficult if you have 2 cars or have guests every so often.
Property Manager at Tuscany Hills Apartment Homes, Responded To This Review
Hello, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We are so happy to see that you have enjoyed your time at Tuscany Hills and truly appreciate the feedback!
Ellie and Tasha are amazingly friendly and truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the unit that is best for us and our needs. I have been apartment searching for a few weeks, and they definitely stand out in their dedication to help and availability to answer questions and concerns. I would recommend stopping by to see what they have to offer, because the experience will be extremely pleasant.
I came in this afternoon and Latasha in the leasing office was super sweet! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when I was applying. She has such a kind spirit and is very welcoming! I look forward to moving in ! :)
First and foremost Tasha and Ellie are extremely helpful in all type of level. They are extremely nice and willing to help you. The place is amazing. I love the fact that you have one garage that you are able to park your car inside and not worry about your vehicle. Extremely recommend it
Do not expect management to work with you in anyway and the parking is horrible if you work late I have never wanted to move so much if you do happen to stay here don’t lease for a year is my best and most truthful advice giving them a two is me being nice.
The part about parking is True and that has been an ongoing situation for a while, but it should only take 20- 30 minutes to unload your groceries and the two company only come by once or twice a night. The rent and the amenities offered by Tuscany Hills is a great value. Drive through the community and see, hear for yourself. I ran comps for apartments nearby and nobody can compare to my community. For a Pet-Friendly community that is near UCR, this is the BOMB!
This apartment complex is Horrible! Management is rude and hostile. They charge $40/month for a single car space, there is no guest parking, and they tow your car even if you park in front of your apartment to u load groceries or your sleeping kids! Many tenants have to do that since the closest parking (free) would be outside the gate in the street! Towing charges are $350 the cheapest by the way (that's only 1 day hold). The pool is never open on holidays as well since management refuses to pay the maintenance workers holiday pay or overtime. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I AM DESPERATELY WAITINF FOR MY LEASE TO END TO MOVE FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
If you love NOISE this your place. One guy drags a table-saw out of this garage at 9:00am and then spends the day cutting lumber, super high pitched whine. Another guy restores old cars and sells them out of his garage which involves a great deal of just sitting in one place gunning the engines. There's a lady that spends the evening on her porch screaming into her phone about how unfair her daughter's custody woes are. And the loud music playing cars, screaming kids on scooters, yapping dogs... I wish I knew about all this before I signed a lease.
I've been living at Tuscany Hills now for 18 months and I love it here. The office staff is friendly and professional. The maintenance group is awesome too. Great location. Easy access to freeways and major shopping. Grounds and pool are maintained nicely. Only downside here is the lack of parking.
