Nice apartment. Clean, safe and quiet. I live on the top floor so may be the reason. The management team is nice too. I highly recommend to live here. The utility fee and electricity are both cheap compared to the previous apartment I lived in. Save lots of money

Tuscany apartments Santa Clara on El Camino Real is a perfect location for a peaceful living. It is close to restaurants, shopping, groceries and health care. People are nice to each other.The staff is helpful and responsive. The apartment is well maintained.The hallways are clean and well lit. Neighbors are decent and will stop to chat. Safety is good.

overall a solid experience. have had some issues with appliances and maintenance taking a while to address things (like the door on el camino being unusable for over a month with no info about when that will change), but the worker is nice. property is overall quiet and neighbors have been respectful for the most part. wish there were trash cans around the property because sometimes garbage is just left around.

I have been living here for 2 years now. Overall a nice community, decent rent. There have been maintenance issues once in a while but the management is prompt to fix them.

building is nice, not too much to do within walking distance but if you have a car then you should be good, building sometimes smells, modern & clean

I'm very happy with my experience here! Spacious units, a great gym and pool, and pet-friendly. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of great options for Asian snacks and dining within close distance.

Great place to live in. Management is really friendly, communicative and responsive. Move in was flawless, easy, and hassle free. Centrally located, well connected to major arterials and freeways, and in close proximity to public transit and third places. It’s a perfect fit in my opinion.
