The Community as a Whole has been enjoyable..Ive met pets. Kids.teens an Seniors..Id say the park setting an pool w bbq area is a hit..

Everything was easy and smooth, the front office updated me on how to get in and out, mail, etc. the only thing that I didn’t like was that my cables for Wi-Fi were not activated. I had a technician come out but because it was a Sunday he was not able to access the box he needed to get into because there was a lock. Other than that it was a smooth move in!

Parking is outrageous here. If it is a single person trying to move here then it is okay. But if your family has two cars, be prepared to walk up to two to three blocks away. Something needs to be done addressing this issue. The leasing office/ remm group should show a little more empathy when tenants cars just get picked up by the tow truck and have appropriate steps to take to assist tenants when events like these occur. I will be terminating my lease due to these on going issues. I wish someone would of let us know that it was this bad. So I am leaving this here for future tenants.

Looking for an apartment is difficult especially when this is going to be your home and valued space for a substantial amount of time. Let me start this review off with a few key points that may make or break this option for you. Tuscany Villas only offer either studios or 1 bedroom apartments, so if you are looking for anything more, you can cross this off your (i'm sure) already long list of options. Next, they do allow small pets- cats and dogs, a huge plus for people like me who struggled to find that. This apartment complex is located right off of the 10 and Azusa in West Covina. The surrounding area is a pretty quiet suburb area with plenty of parks, schools, malls, restaurants, and families. There is very little crime in this area and I have truly never felt unsafe being in the complex or city alone. The complex has a gate for added safety that you need a remote to enter or leave with, in which they provide. Everyone in the apartments seem to keep to themselves, or have been quite friendly. When we moved in our neighbor actually offered to help. The community is very well-kept, and they take care of the landscaping very well. The one issue I would keep in mind is that management does seem to love their towing services. There are times when they will give little or insufficient notice that the parking lot will be unavailable during certain hours- an incredible inconvenience for people with jobs or those who travel. You pay monthly for a parking pass in their apartments so to me, this is unacceptable. The apartments alone are very beautiful. Most of them have been recently remodeled, which includes laminate wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. I love my apartment and have had few maintenance problems- although that is to be expected. The management is why I do not give this complex more stars. I like to see the positive in things so I will start with that Lety- the manager- is a very funny and friendly lady. We received a moving in gift from her which is a gesture that I find amazing. After that, effort declined. Every time I call the office I get their voicemail, which is annoying, but you can usually find them in the office. As I said before their use of towing is a bit ridiculous and a hardship to many people so that is another addition to their downfall. All in all this is a great place for a single person or couple to live. I would recommend Tuscany Villas to others.

I did not find my apartment on apt.com. But, they are listed on apt com. And, I am glad to see them listed. Because, this is my first apartment since moving to California. And, honestly I could have not moved in such a memorable place.

As a means to start living on my own, I found this place to be a good starter. Though the building is old, the managers work often on renovations. Ideal for the bachelor/ette, this complex has only 1 bed or studio homes. Laundry facilities located on both sides of the complex and being a gated community. I appreciated that there's a work out room and pool. My favorite thing about this apt is the location of it. It's right in the middle of everywhere and everything that you need or want. The mall is one exit down and there are several plazas around. It's city life, but not busy or congested city life when you enter or leave the complex.

I was in a bind. Former roommates giving me late notice that they wanted to move...separately. This left me frantic and afraid I was going to have to move back in with my parents, 3 states away. I ended up finding this (teeny weeny) apartment 22 miles from where I work. They approved me and I was desperate. Fast forward almost a year and here I am in my cozy 400 square foot home. With touches like a bright yellow vintage desk and a stag marquee wall mount, I was able to take this from drab to fab. Home sweet home.
