Old Town Tustin is a cool section of town, filled with gourmet restaurants, unique coffee shops, and local eateries. It’s a great place to shop, just like Market Place on El Camino Real.

I like my apartment very open n its walking distance from my work . We found this listing on apartment.com and we love it!!
Located right by the ca55 freeway. Pool and laundry onsite. Everything is gated so I feel so safe. My boyfriend and I love it!
The apartment complex itself is a nice, clean place, with a pool and grassy areas. The neighbors within the complex are also very nice. It is a quiet and peaceful community with kids running around every once in a while. Management could be better. It took me a month and a half to get a mailbox, which was the most inconvenient part about the move in. The manager seems a bit unorganized, which is probably why it took me so long to get the mailbox. My biggest issue is with the surrounding apartment complexes. The residents in the neighboring complex likes to play loud music almost every evening. Its OK when the windows are closed, but its been pretty warm so I like to have the windows open because the apartment doesn't have central AC (building was built in the 1970s). There also seems to be a lot of mosquitoes in the area, so be careful about leaving the door open for too long. Overall, I think its a good place to live if you're new to the area. There's a lot of restaurants close by and its right next to Old Town Tustin. Its right next to the freeways, so traveling is convenient as well.
