Not only is the location of Twnety & Grand perfect for people looking to live next to Vanderbilt but living on Music Row is so much fun! All of the apartments are super nice with great appliances and features that make the space feel homey. Above all, the staff at Twenty & Grand go above and beyond to make sure all their residents are happy and taken care of. I would recommend this apartment to anyone moving to Nashville.
My daughter lives here and I feel so comfortable with her living here. She feels safe, the amenities are nice, and the staff is helpful to her. I would recommend to all. Very nice complex!
Twenty and Grand is an amazing building to live in. Having really missed having a doorman for the past year (after having a doorman in NYC for 7+ years), I decided to renew the lease after hearing that Stephanie (formerly the leasing coordinator) was taking over as the new manager. Stephanie is extremely sweet. She genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond for the residents of the building. She is very responsive to all recommendations. The maintenance of the building is top notch! CJ and Luis gets maintenance requests done extremely quickly and are both always so positive and friendly while fulfilling the requests. I tend to submit a lot of work orders late at night and they are usually done by 10am the next morning! The building is in a prime location (safe and walking distance from bars/restaurants, yet quiet in my apartment), is in a very safe neighborhood, and has free coffee/snacks all day in the lobby. The only thing missing from the building is a doorman!

My sons lived here at Twenty & Grand this past year while they were attending Vanderbilt. Shannon and CJ treat all the tenants like family, quick to respond, and always there to help! The building is keeped spotless and the apartment had nice upgraded flooring, granite countertops and we found the rent to be very reasonable. The location was closer to their classes than their dorms ever were. We could not have been happier with both of our sons living at Twenty & Grand!

I can’t say enough good things about this building. If incredible facilities, service, and people are what you are looking for in an apartment, live here. Shannon, CJ, and the entire team are amazing. They help with ANYTHING-I was in a bind with my dog and Shannon even helped with that. On top of that, the apartments are spacious and modern, have great appliances and kitchen space, and natural lighting. For anyone looking to find their Vanderbilt home, this is where to go.
I lived in Twenty and Grand this year while I was a student at Vanderbilt. The building is in the perfect location (basically on campus) for any student. More importantly, Shannon, CJ, and the rest of the Twenty and Grand staff could not be nicer or more helpful. They are some of the nicest and most thoughtful people I have ever gotten to work with, and are definitely the nicest landlord team you will ever meet. They always are ready to help and go above and beyond to make sure that you are having a good day/week/year. Highly, highly recommend living here!!!
I just wanted to say that this building's current management team is amazing!! They're all so helpful and truly care about the wellbeing of all residents here. Whenever I have a problem, they're always super quick with resolving it, and they do it all with a smile on their faces. It's truly a pleasure to see them every morning :)
This building is under complete renovation and the work goes on at all hours of the day. Also, there is literally no way to control the mold that grows in the bathrooms. It grows on the shower, in the toilet, and on the walls. I tried everything to stop it and nothing worked. Apartment is dingy and outdated. The office staff is incredibly hard to get a hold of and they never fix problems long term; they only provide short term fixes and promises of fixing it later. The garbage chutes stink up the whole hallway and maintenance regularly ignores requests for fixes through their online application. They are also building an apartment complex right next to this building so the work starts very early in the morning and is INCREDIBLY LOUD. The walls are paper thin - even the exterior walls, so if you move in buy some ear plugs! I would suggest finding somewhere else to live if you can!
