I'll have been living here a year this coming October and I've been pretty happy overall. The only issues I've had have been with other tenants but that's hardly the apartment complex's fault... In fact, Angie the Property Manager has just been so great and very accommodating, kind, and takes everything you come to her with into account. If there is a problem, she will work with you and do what she can to get it resolved properly and quickly. She is here all week long and is the only one running the office and the complex. With the amount of disgruntled, ungrateful, and totally unsympathetic people that live here (and there are a few) I'm continuously amazed at her ability to keep things professional while never compromising her own personal boundaries. Also, our FT Maintenance Technician, Julio, has been amazing! Julio is here all week every week, and while there is one other maintenance man (one who's only here one or two days every couple of weeks) for all intents and purposes Julio is the only Maintenance Technician here 99% of the time. And despite all this, he is very much on top of his game. So while it may take him a day or so to get to you if it's not an emergency, he will absolutely communicate that with you and set up a day and time of when he can come back. Of course if it is an emergency he's on top of it right then and there! I couldn't be more happy with the two of them running this place. Its comforting to know we have two wonderful competent people we as tenants can turn to!

Rachelle in the office was extremely helpful and patient with my questions during the tour. She showed me the actual apt instead of a model which was even better so I know what I’m getting. Great help definitely recommend!
We managed to get a new unit with an included washer and dryer unit, bedbug free, all the good stuff. However upon moving in, I attempted to contact the property manager about missing documents that she instructed she needed within 3 days of move in (It was the documents to check and make sure nothing was damaged. I assume regardless of the state of the apartment we won't get our deposit back because we didn't verify a paper she never gave us). I have yet to hear back from her and it's been a while. In fact, the second I signed the lease and gave her the deposit she disappered and won't return a single call or email. On the other hand, the maintenance guy is super prompt and fast with our maintenance requests, which has been really nice. If you don't mind a property manager that will ghost you directly after move in, then TwentyOne41 is alright. Okay neighborhood, cops aren't in the complex much and even though it isn't gated it feels pretty safe. Definitely won't be renewing my lease. Unfortunately, it's a year long but I'm already looking for new places. The maintenance guy shouldn't be more reliable than the property manager.
