If you like ROACHES, elevators that are broken for several weeks, the gate on the garage constantly being broken, the fire alarm pulled in the middle of the night-then move here. I am almost 40 years old and have lived in NY, DC and abroad and this is by far the WORST place I have EVER lived! Not to mention, it takes several months to get your security deposit back!.Also, your packages come up missing, the neighbors don't pick up after their dogs and it's an overall disgusting place that should hardly be categorized as "luxury"
Poorly managed building, the 3rd manager since 2020 just left because this building is a piece of work. It's like living in a college dorm, so many young rude LOUD tenants having parties day and night, weekday and weekend, messy and trashy. Tenants don't clean up after their dogs and have zero respect for others who pay good money to live here. The trash rooms are an embarrassment, the tenants here are animals. Overpriced rent for cheap appliances, paper thin walls, jerk tenants, lazy management, no storage in the units...this place ain't luxury. Luxury is respect, luxury is intregrity, luxury is quality - the building and its tenants are the opposite of luxury.
There is nothing bad to say about this property! The staff is always available for any questions I may have and they are incredibly friendly. The property is absolutely gorgeous and you could never run out of things to do here. The amenities make me feel like I am living at a 5 star hotel! I would like to thank the maintenance staff for keeping the building looking extremely clean. And I would also like to thank Stephanie, Argel, and Janella for making my application process so simple and fast. I would definitely recommend the property to my family and friends. I love Twenty2 West!!!
I decided to relocate to Miami, FL, from Washington, DC, following a job promotion, which will have me based in Coral Gables, just outside of the city. I looked at neighboring properties, including those in South Beach, and was not pleased on many levels. So, on a whim and perhaps with a tad bit of luck, I found Twenty2 West and decided to schedule a same-day tour. When I tell you that Assistant Manager Stephanie was truly 5 star and amazing, I sincerely mean it. The customer service at Twenty2 West speaks for itself; above and beyond. I immediately had peace of mind knowing that the things that are important to me will be met at this property, e.g., pet friendly (lovely bark park), washer/dryer in unit, safe, covered parking, close proximity to Coral Gables (for work) and Miami Beach (for personal - I like to party haha), pool, and timely responsiveness from the team members. I will be applying today for an apartment and look forward to calling Twenty2 West home.
The building is a mess, from poor Internet service that doesn't allow you to work from home, dirty and smelly hallway carpet. The garage electric gates are broken for days and days. The lights in the garage are out and take days to fix and it becomes a safety problem. The elevators don't always work. The trash room smells due to trash bags being left on the floor and maintenance doesn't pick it up. Amenities are not always working and take weeks to fix. Packages are stolen from the Package room delivery and the door unlocked.
Elevators do not work. Garage automatic door is broken. Carpet in the hallway smells. Internet does not work to business standards. Package room is left opened, packages are stolen. Garbage room smells of trash left on the floor. Garage lights do not work and safety is a concern.
I have been here for 4 months and the building is kept so clean and beautiful. Love bringing family over.

This place is terribly built and managed. 1) there is no guest parking. It’s almost impossible to invite people over as there is only VERY limited street parking available and it’s always taken. I didn’t think it would be an issue when I first moved it but it really is the worst. 2) Missing packages. This building only went half way when installing the LuxorOne system because they made it so you need a code to get into the package room but they cheaped out and didn’t install the lockers. So all the packages are dumped in a small package room where you have to rummage around for long period of time to find one item, that is unless someone hasn’t stolen it yet which happens often. all the packages are very conveniently gathered in one place making it easy for whoever steals them. 3) you cannot buzz in guests and there is no front desk person who will let them in so you have to go downstairs every time you order door or have a guest over. Most places that charge this month will have an employee at a desk to let you know when a guest/food deliver person arrives and confirm with you before letting them up. OR you can simply buzz the guest in. Not here. They are too cheap to employ someone to do that. 4) management seems to want to make everything difficult. Keeping residents happy does not seem to be a priority here. I guess they don’t mind that no one ever renews their lease. Every little thing is a chore here and management does not do a thing to address any of these and other issues that we resident make them well aware of. They have seen all these complaints listed here many times and I’m sure will leave a comment saying please call us and we will work it out but trust me they have heard these all before and have done nothing and will no doubt not change a thing even still.

Hi there, Every residents opinion is important to us. Unfortunately, there are a few things that we cannot change. When applying for an apartment we do advise our prospective residents ion how the amenities work. Especially with parking. There are guest parking on both sides of the building. In regards to the package room, the staff here organizes the packages weekly. Although the vendors that drop off at times do not properly place the packages. In summary alot of our amenities are explained prior to leasing. The Soleste team is here always to speak to our residents and provide help. They tell you the day you move in that you only have BROADBAND MDU as the only provider. No where on the lease agreement did it say you could only pick Broadband MDU as your provider, yet you are forced to waste your money on this terrible internet provider. If you have to work from home, forget about moving here. You won't have the proper internet to allow you to work remotely.

I wish I could give this place a 0 worst customer service, please don’t move here I’m currently living here and I never have internet since they only have 1 provider which sucks, the carpets are dirty, your packages are supposed to go to a lock room and they disappeared you call the office and they say they’re not responsible even though there are cameras and they give a different code for Every person that goes in there. I guess now I can’t even order anything online

This property seems to have been built in a rush. There are cracks in the walls that allow spiders and other insects to repeatedly enter my home. In addition, the walls are EXTREMELY thin. I often hear my neighbors alarm go off in the morning. I can hear their conversations and practically any noise they make. The kitchen and bathroom construction are poor and already starting to fall apart. In addition, all of the amenities are not open to residents and the opening dates keep getting pushed back month after month. The apartment is also a "dead zone" for phone service. The calls drop constantly and they only allow one internet provider that is very unreliable. The doors to the outside use a key card but do not close automatically so people often leave the building wide open for anyone to access which feels very unsafe. If you want a luxury apartment experience, move elsewhere. Not worth the price.
