This was my first apartment after moving out after graduating. The complex is really nice, I didn’t have noisy neighbors, no bugs, no mold. Maintenance is THE BEST. They respond fast and will come same day most times. The only CONS is that the rent increase for renewal is crazy and it’s hard to get an answer from the leasing office (so I’d just go down there instead of calling).

I have been living here for three years, and I absolutely love this place! All of the leasing office staff is extremely friendly, and care about every single resident! My move-in process was so stress-free, thanks to Miss kim, and it’s always clean. The apartment layouts are very nice and comfortable! The amenities here are great, esp the dog spa! The lake makes a great addition to the apartment. Love this place and definitely recommend!!

They increase the rent every year and the price is ridiculous for a 1 bdrm..

This place is terrible. I have lived here 3 years and I used to love it. But new staff took over a few months ago and everything went downhill fast. First my AC goes out and it was over 85 degrees in my apartment. They took multiple days to fix it, I had to stay at a hotel and was not reimbursed or compensated for it. And now they are running a scheme with the valet trash to scam people out of money. They say trash guys will come at 8, and if trash is left out after that they will fine you $75. I left my trash out at 7:50pm. I come home next day to find my trash was never picked up and a note on my door saying I am being charged a $75 "trash violation" fee. So apparently the trash guys came early at 7 or 730pm so since I put mine out at 7:50 for the promised pick up time of 8pm mine was never picked up. They dropped the ball on this, not me. If you want to nickel and dime me for $75 then where is the $200 I had to spend on a hotel because you guys took multiple days to fix my AC and had my place at 85 degrees? I go to leasing office to talk to the property manager, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never been treated worse in my entire life. This place is terrible and so is the new staff, very poor customer service.
I lived here for one year with my roommate. We had no pets and were hardly home. We are both females and VERY neat freak/ clean. We left this place WAY cleaner than we found it. We move out and get a call saying the color of the cabinets is wrong and that it looked like we restrained them. We also got charged $50 because there was “hair on our fans.” When we made sure the clean them before we moved out. They charged us $20 bc we left a NAIL hole in the wall. They’re still “finding charges” 3 months after we left. I have rented for 5 years at different places as a college student and NEVER had a more horrible experience then with this complex/ manager. I wished I would’ve listened to the reviews. They really are one of those complexes that try and screw you when you leave. Definitely choose another place.
I have lived here for almost a year now. Before I moved here, I had lived in 3 different apartments in the Kennesaw area. This is BY FAR the best place I have ever lived. The community is so nice and is not just a bunch of rowdy college students. It is a mix of families, couples, younger and older. I have always had an incredible experience with the staff and maintenance crew. They are always looking out for their residents and will fix anything ASAP. The space that I have in my apartment compared to other apartments that I have had in the Kennesaw area is unmatched here. The amount of space you get for the price is outstanding. Also, parking is great here too. I know at other places parking can be an issue. There are always spots open for me near my apartment building. I can not say enough good things about this place and I recommend this place to anyone. The ONLY complaint I have is that the floor is thin so I can hear the people above me walking. It isn't bad though and if you think this might be a problem for you, I would suggest living on the top floor. Other than that, this place is perfect!

I lived here two years, but when we were about to leave they charged us ridiculous charges for moving out. They sent us a bill of $300 claimed they needed to replace the carpet, cleaning etc, while we left the apartment clean; and they didn't do last check up of the apartment with us. And the assistant manager Kimberly is very rude, she didn't listen to the complains we had. Am so glad i moved out of here. Before you move, make sure you go to the apartment for them to check so that you may know what they'll charge you or else they add charges on your final bill. Am very disappointed with them. They're money hungry and have very bad customer service.

DO NOT MOVE - The construction on this apartment complex sucks. It has super thin walls and floor. There are a lot of noise issues for people on the next doors and people upstairs. Floors are super thin or even someone walks on the floor, the person downstairs can hear every step. FAKE wood floors. Now, unless you wish to climb 3 flights of stairs so no one is stomping/walking over your head, do not come here. I requested to be moved to the 3rd floor and the nuisance didnt stop. The guy downstairs kept on sending the courtesy officer at random times ( 1 am, 3 am etc) even when someone walks and goes to the restroom in the middle of the night. DO NOT MOVE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I am one of the first residents after construction began. They have been under 3 managements since-yet you could never tell anything changed! Every person in the office throughout 5 years have always been professional and extremely polite. The maintenance team are exceptional! I love living here. The units are great. I lived in the smallest one for 4.5 years and recently transferred into a larger one w/garage. In 5 years, I have called about noise 2 times and that was in the past 2 months. (Heavy walker above me). Other than that, all neighbors are considerate and friendly. The only reason I am leaving is because of work.

I moved to Twenty25 Barrett a month ago after considering other apartments in the immediate area. My decision to choose Twenty25 was based on a number of criteria: a). Staff: Everyone I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, especially Ashley who was the representative helping me complete my paperwork. I especially was impressed that she remembered my name and always greeted me by my last name when I came into the office. b). Cleanliness: Everywhere you look from the pool/workout area, hallways leading to the apartment units, grounds, and office. c). My Walk through: Unit was clean, freshly painted, blinds look new - not sure. My only concern was to have them install new door stops and to change the bulbs in the kitchen and bathrooms, which did not provide me personally with enough light. They have no problem replacing the bulbs, as long as you purchase them. d).Amenities: Pool, work out room, ample parking and they are having a halloween get to know your neighbors event this month. e). Pets: I don't have a pet; however, I have noticed that other do. I have not noticed any issues with neighbors picking up after their dogs. f). Neighborhood: Perfect location - close to Costco, Whole Foods, entertainment, and tons of shopping. Overall, a very nice, clean, quiet place to live.

2025 have all the amenities, it have great location, great schools around and great administration. Also outstanding views.
I love living at Twenty25 Barrett. The amenities are top notch. Beautiful pool area, private pond, nice trail for walking. I like the fact that the packages are delivered to the front office and you receive a text to let you know you have a package. The building breezeways are cleaned every Monday. Ample parking and Lisa who is part of the front office has a genuine concern for the residents and goes above and beyond to assist with any needs or concerns. Close to 75 and so many great restaurants!
