Move in offers to new residents give better deals than to established residents looking to renew their lease. Trash is left all over the parking garage.

I couldn't be happier with my decision. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything Denver has to offer. The community here is friendly and welcoming, and I've already made some great connections with my neighbors. I really love the atmosphere and the location to restaurants and bars. It's also a quick walk away from Union Station, whoch makes commuting easy. I'm excited to turn the space into my home!
Many great changes have happened since I first moved in, but Maintenance seems to be a consistent problem at this property. Multiple heads of maintenance, work orders that never get completed until there is a complaint, etc. That is honestly the biggest problem. There have been a lot of enhancements and love the monthly tenant events. The management and leasing teams are super helpful all of the time! Once maintenance gets dialed in this will be a 5 star property
Appliances needed maintenance before moving in. Dishwashing unit does not clean and the dryer has more lint everytime it’s used. Elevators been broken entire time I’ve moved in and the parking is a nightmare if you get home after 7pm because people can’t stay in the lines. Otherwise quiet and clean building.
Super fun around baseball season . Close to the action but not as loud as a block over. The people in the building all seem nice. Any downtown event is better bc I don’t have to pay for parking
Entire office and maintenance staff are great! I enjoy living here! Lots of amenities and lots of action being downtown. Take a scooter to all the professional sport teams’ games! Many restaurants and shopping! Secured parking.
Great location. If you are a fan or f the Rockies then you can’t beat the stadium being steps away. I have always had a quick turn around on maintenance requests as well.
Living in this building means you will be constantly inconvenienced. Your packages will be stolen, you’ll hear every word your neighbors say due to thin walls, the elevators are always broken, pool is constantly closed (and they don’t even let you sit in the courtyard), dog park never cleaned, etc. And despite all these problems, they will consistently add fees ($60/month for “communal electricity”?????) and increase your rent without any resolution to the problems that residents bring to their attention. Pick a different building, this one isn’t worth it.
I’m extremely excited to be apart of the community. While I was a bit worried at first everything I asked for in my apartment was fixed. Couldn’t be more grateful for Annabella, Marvin and Hope!
Everything has been great thus far. I have thoroughly enjoyed the process and helpfulness of the staff in regards to touring, to leasing, and setting up everything for move in.
I recently just moved into the building. For the most part things have been great. I was supposed to move in January 13th. I did not move in until January 15th. The apartment was not cleaned. When cleaning crew did come we already had boxes everywhere. The package room is always open, and the only thing keeping it closed are unlocked sliding doors. The first package I ordered here got stolen. At least once a week the packages sitting in the room are torn open and stolen. I understands works are in the way for more security, but it feels like nothing is being done in the mean time. There is not even a process to report stolen packages. It is frustrating that we are told to follow up with the company we purchased the package from when the issue is lack of security in the building. The other thing is the dog park area in the parking garage. It seems like a potential health hazard. I went to check it out the other day and the smell alone was concerning due to lack of ventilation.
I am truly hesitant to leave negative reviews, because I like to assume the best intentions from everybody. However, this experience with simply just trying to tour the property has been what seems like an insurmountable challenge for the management company over the past entire month. It was nearly impossible to get an email reply back, and when I finally did, it was weeks later. No one answers the phone and you cannot leave a voicemail. The function to virtually book a tour online was not working after multiple attempts. I came to the building when I was in town during online listed office hours and nobody was there or could be reached by phone. I had a tour booked but made it clear multiple times I needed it to be virtual because I am back in my home state, and of course, no response back or zoom link was ever provided. This has been the most negative experience I've had with any property management company I've communicated with in Denver so far. The building looks very nice and is in a great location, so it's unfortunate that prospective tenants are not prioritized this way. I am writing this to both provide feedback that can hopefully instill a change in the management's communication, and to allow other prospective tenants to be prepared for what they may/may not have to deal with.

Not great management, overpriced for terrible amenities, and can’t even get an Amazon package delivered securely. Would recommend other apartments than here.
My experience so far has been great. Twenty one 01 has a friendly staff and community. They are always welcoming and available to assist with anything I need.
Accommodating and friendly staff. Easy move in and quiet community. So easy to get you packages after the gym and head straight back to your apt.
Office staff is always helpful & nice! The only downfall to the building is security - packages being stolen, occasional vagrants, etc. But the vagrant issue comes along with downtown living.
The staff here are top notch, always there and super helpful. There are a lot of activities the apartment complex runs also. Very close to the freeway which is a plus for us
No complaints! I enjoy living here. Front office staff are kind and very helpful. The facility is clean. Nice facilities and underground parking.
Packages are NOT safe in the mailroom. Many residents have reported stolen packages over the past month. Amazon, Chewy, USPS, UPS, etc are not using the lockers. WHY NOT??? A number of us will be filing police reports for stolen packages in the coming days. We have photo delivery confirmations from Amazon, etc, yet when we arrive 15-30 minutes later to pick up our packages, they are gone. This is supposed to be a secure building. The amount of theft is inexcusable.
The people here are generally very nice. It seems a bit disorganized, though. I have had issues with maintenance. I have repeatedly asked the office to help me out with my shower (it’s been having trouble draining ever since they did work on the plumbing in my unit) and each time they say someone from maintenance will fix it tomorrow. It has now been over three months since I have had a fully functioning shower. With how much they’re charging for rent, you’d think these problems would be easily resolved.
The building is definitely getting better since I first moved in. The management team seems to care about the tenants which is a huge difference since I moved in. Still seems to be a disconnect with the maintenance team, there has been a lot of turnover. This seems to make a lot of work orders to take a lot of time.
Nice, clean apartments. The staff is friendly and are extremely accommodating. Overall, a really great place to live in the ballpark area of Denver.
Easy move in. The apartment is huge and very nice. Couple of items fell through the cracks but everything has been fairly smooth so far. Location is great. Office staff have been very helpful.

Great experience here . It's been 7 months and had a great experience. The team is responsive and helpful. Only concern is that the package was missing from mail room which wasn't tracked to its fullest and got to know that many pagages were missing. Still no news were published.

Dont like the community, feel like leasing office could be better at making thia place feel safe & like a home. The cleanliness is also a huge problem - dogs go to the restroom everywhere in the building.

Our experience so far has been excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building and the gym is always clean. Our packages have always been secure in the package room till we could pick them up. Overall 5 stars on experience.

After living here for a year and a half, I can say that it has definitely gotten better. The management team has a few events a month for residents and the new paint and decor in the lobby is nice. This is a huge change since I first moved in. The current problem now is maintenance orders. The maintenance manager Carlos is no longer here and it seems like nothing is getting fixed. I have been waiting on a work order for at least 6 weeks now. After emailing and going into the office multiple times all I hear from Aryana is that it should get done soon. Nothing is ever a definitive date for completion of this work order. It just seems like they can not get a cohesive team at these apartments. If it’s not management, its maintenance or vice versa. The location is amazing and I love the area that I’m in. I also love the tenant events.

Great Location, great staff, and great amenities! Every time I have a problem it is quickly resolved. I love being a walk away from all my favorite restaurants, bars, and grocery stores!

I've enjoyed living here for a year. The location is incredible, seeming practically everything in downtown Denver is in walkable distance. The noise levels outside however can get quite loud in summer. The maintenance is beyond friendly and helpful, even taking the time to show mea few basic tricks of apartment management. It can sometimes take a while for major apartment building repairs to happen (elevator, parking garage, pool), but usually does not pose a huge inconvenience. I'd recommend living here

Great community. Units are nice and well maintained. Management can be a little more understanding for new residents but other then that my experience has been pleasant

Sent an application and an application fee. Never heard back from the property management company about an approval or denial. I would not recommend due to lack of communication.

Everything since my move in has been amazing. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The building is maintained very well and is generally very clean. I would definitly recommend twentyone01 if your looking for an apartment in the city.
