Twin Arbors Apartments

Overall this community was just average, it’s in a nice residential area right off the freeway for convenience. The buildings themselves are old and it shows, floors are really creaky, poor plumbing, & not insulated very well AC ran nearly all day leading to high energy bills as much as a house would run you. One big thing I couldn’t stand was the fact that the bathrooms have no exhaust fans yes you do get a window but still upon move in for my “upgraded” apartment there was clearly visible water damage on the cabinets and the bathroom door and you could tell it was just painted over to hide the damage. For my unit being “upgraded” there were a lot of issues cabinets not fully secured and lots of wear and tear. You do get a decent sized storage unit in the basement and the laundry is also down there. Apartment doors also have gaps on the bottom of them resulting in you being able to hear everything coming from the common hallway. Overall this community is old and is in dire need of updates. For the price you pay here you really don’t get any amenities the pool is okay as the bottom of it is covered in broken pieces of concrete so be careful. The fitness center is a joke it’s a tiny room with 3 machines on top of each other. They do have a dog park if you have a dog. Leasing office does no community engagement activities either. Overall I was extremely disappointed in my year here which resulted in me not renewing my lease and going elsewhere. Management is okay, they changed managers in the spring which is good because the previous property manager was extremely unprofessional and not friendly at all she loved doing “annual inspections” and had very strict rules for it. The new manager is much more friendly and inviting.

The staff is very helpful and they fix things right away. I love the location and the pool is really nice as well.

Great place to live. Grounds are always nice and kept up. Office always keeps residents notified of up coming events. Apartments are good size and solid. If u need anything the office takes care of promptly. Come and take a look around you will like it. Stores etc all around area very convenient.

One of my best friends lives here and I fell in love the first time I visited, so when I started looking for an apartment this was the first place I asked about. The people in the leasing office are super, super nice and very responsive. They were very helpful during the application and move-in process, which both went very smoothly. They were so welcoming during my move-in day and the person who does the maintenance was very nice and asked right away if there was anything I needed in my unit (which there wasn’t, I love it! And I wish I could remember the name :( ). I love my balcony, especially for my dogs and the neighbors I met are very nice! My dad loves most of all that it’s inside an actual neighborhood and that the hallways are very well lit at night (being a dad of course lol).

The apartments are nice and spacious, the area is pretty quiet and they’re good with addressing any issues that may arise, however, they are expensive and nothing is included except sewer and water which is still an extra cost outside of rent.

Been here just about a year and have zero complaints!! Apartments are great size, update and the location couldn't be better! So close to downtown Plymouth and literally 1 minute away from the I-275 freeway entrance! Dog park, pool and a gym! ????

I have been living at Twin Arbors for about eight years. I am very happy here as Twin Arbors has excellent staff- maintenance takes care of any issues very quickly (I had a fridge replaced in a timely manner) and the office staff are also very friendly and helpful when an issue may arise. The apartment buildings are clean. I enjoy using the pool in the summer.

I've lived at Twin Arbors for about a year and a half in a two bedroom apartment. While living there we had a leaky fridge. Maintenance came to look at it and it worked fine for a little bit, but started to leak again. They were very accommodating and replaced my refrigerator for me! The staff have been very friendly and the neighbors have been pleasant too! I would highly recommend moving to Twin Arbors!

Have lived here for almost a year, and everything has been really smooth. Got locked out once at midnight and maintenance came down to help. The toilet and bathtub has backed up once and the dishwasher isn't bolted in, but other than that, the apartment is very clean and nice to live in. No troubles or problems, plenty of space and great finishes. Around a 35 minutes walk to downtown Plymouth, nice to jog and bike around the area in the summer. Really enjoy living here!

We have lived here for a year and a half. We love living here! They are super pet-friendly. The office staff is extremely kind and helpful. Maintenance gets the work done quickly and don't bother you.

I’ve lived here for more than 2 years now and have been very happy! It’s a great location, close to everything, freeways and Downtown Plymouth, but also tucked back in a neighborhood, so it’s quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly, but also keep to themselves so you can enjoy your privacy. The staff is helpful and stays on top of everything, improvements and upgrades are always being made to the buildings and grounds. My favorite part is how dog friendly this complex is! There’s a fenced in dog park where your pet can run and play. I also love the pool- can’t wait for summer weather! I’d definitely recommend living here!

My wife and I have been at Twin Arbors for 8 years. We pay good money to live here, and I'll always be the first to complain when something falls short of my expectations. Having said that, credit must be given when things run like a well oiled machine. That credit goes to Melissa & Chelsea, who run this community, and Iain, who is the Maintenance Supervisor. The grounds are always clean, and the hallways/community areas are cleaned once a week whether they need it or not. I never have a problem when a maintenance issue comes up, which is rare, as they keep the buildings well maintained. I love that they put an emphasis on improving the infrastructure every year. We just got new doors for the buildings, new asphalt on the parking lots, and I am given to understand that there will be new carpet in the community areas of the buildings, as well as new paint in the hallways this year. You can't put a price on these things. The buildings, and the grounds look fantastic. As far as our community goes, we have many people like my wife and I, who have lived here quite a long time, and it's really nice to see the same folks out walking their dogs, or hanging out at the pool in the summer. We have made quite a few friends here, which gives Twin Arbors a neighborhood feel. It is quiet, no riff raff, and no drama. You can take a walk any time, night or day with no worries. We also love the location! One mile from downtown Plymouth, where we enjoy everything from shopping, outdoor dining, and Friday night music at Kellogg Park in the summer, or the Ice Festival (which is awesome!) in the winter. Another thing you can't put a price on. All in all, we love living here, we have made great friendships here, and look forward to warm pool weather...

Moved in a year ago, and have had no complaints! Maintenance is fast and responsive, updated apartments are the best you can find for that price tag within the Plymouth area!

We just moved in and are very happy so far. Our unit is renovated with nice oak cabinetry and granite counter tops. We are paying extra ($25/mo) to have stainless steel appliances put in which should make things even nicer. There are a few minor issues with the unit like a leaky shower head and the toilet occasionally runs, but I expect maintenance to fix those quickly. The tile and finish in the bathroom is very nice, and there are plenty of windows and natural light. Lots of tenants have dogs, but I only hear them when I enter my building and am in the hallway.

Since moving into Twin Arbor back in October I have had no issues. The staff is nice and any maintenance troubles I have had have been taken care of in a timely fashion. This is my first apartment and I am glad I came across Twin Arbor because it has really been a great experience thus far.

Location of these apartments is ideal! Located nearby major freeways and in the middle of a family oriented and quiet neighborhood in Plymouth. Nearby downtown Plymouth. Great price for the condition of the apartments.

This property is awesome. The management staff is very professional. My son loves the fresh bake cookies provided in the office. Our unit is a family environment. The children play and do activities together and the parents support each other.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! This company is corrupt. I moved out of this apartment complex 5 years ago, and the company continues to harass me by using various debt collection agencies to collect on fraudulent charges. I have disputed these claims repeatedly for 5 years, even providing clear documentation that I have paid the charges they are claiming, and my next step is to take them to court. Also, this complex is right off the freeway which makes it a target for crime, even though you are in Plymouth. We woke up one morning to go to work to find our cars sitting on cinderblocks, as the tires and rims were stolen. The apartments themselves are old, outdated, and overpriced.

Twin Arbors is a great place to live! It is a very quiet community, and the neighbors are great. Management also does nice things for the residents, such as the pool party and holiday surprises and events. I feel very safe, which is important as I have a small child. I'm really glad we moved in here!

Great place to stay very dog friendly, quiet and close great things to do! Close to Downtown Plymouth, Canton and Livonia. Great place to call home.

The apartments themselves are in nice condition, but not nearly worth the yearly ballooning rent. The maintenance is very good and they do fix things in a timely manner. Office staff is nice, but are not nearly as educated about handling issues as they should be. Property management is never to be found. Overall, the area is beautiful, but you can do better for much less money.

Twin Arbors is a wonderful place to live. Staff works with you great and maintenance is always done promptly.

I lived here with my wife for the first year of our marriage and could not have asked for a better apartment. The staff is amazing, and truly cares about the residents. The complex allows dogs, but the soundproofing is excellent so while there were several in our building we never heard them once inside our apartment. The pool is well maintained and there is a small gym on sight. Plymouth is a beautiful community if you can afford to live there and I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a nice home in a quiet neighborhood.
