Property Ratings at Arcadian Apartments
the place is trash & lots of false advertising. They have a major pest problem. People breaking in & stealing from cars. A couple months after moving in, we noticed HUGE roaches . Every month we had an issue. Maintenance was horrible and it took days for someone to come. Water is always being cut off . Now we have mice. So happy we found a new place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . A nightmare.
Horrible place everything falls apart or doesn't work. Place is very trashy if I could give a zero rating I would. Would not recommend anyone to this place. Can't wait until the lease is up. Maintenance just cancels orders never fixes anything. If you have any sense DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Heads up, you will be without running water at least once a month, for days at a time without warning. They will just close out your maintenance requests without reaching out or they'll show up, say they need to get parts, close it out, and then never return. They're only interested in fixing up the long abandoned units to get more money out of unsuspecting new residents. And nobody ever answers the phone at the office to help residents unless you choose the automated option for "interested in leasing," then someone answers every time ??
If you apply to rent one of these dumps, be sure to stay on top as you can't rely on what you might be told initially. Led us to believe we were approved to move in on February 1 and yesterday told us we weren't approved for financial reasons. It seems strange since we were told initially all was fine. Needless to say we have been left having to stay in a hotel as we had given our notice to be out of our house on January 31. Basically left us homeless. We could and WOULD have paid the monthly rent, but instead, we are now left out in the cold. The place is a dump anyway. These people have no heart!!!
We moved in and have been here less than 2 months with constant issues. Our kitchen flooded the second week we were here. We informed the office of our kitchen sinks backing up and was dismissed until our kitchen flooded. The hallway bathroom had water damage from a water leak that we were told the leak was fixed and the wall would be repaired, we now just have a gaping hole in our bathroom. There have been more issues than I can count. There's no peace here. We've delt with banging and filed noise complaints that are just dismissed as a old building. The outside areas are constantly trashed. We have been paying a large amount of rent for sub par apartment. We have emailed management several times with these issues and it seems you have to email and call repetitively to get anything done. This is not a well functioning property and is poorly managed. Regardless of the many excuses I have received for all of the issues I would NOT recommend moving to this property.
I couldn’t find the leasing office. There was no sign saying this was the leasing office, and nobody answered my call when I tried to find it. I don’t recommend living here. You won’t ever find anyone to answer the call, and good luck finding the leasing office!
I moved out of these apartments when they were twin city. Now the new company is making good changes, it will take some time to get back where it used to be but I love my building!
Lived there bout 8 years ago and it was great. Now it’s just horrible. My sister stays there and it’s just horrible how the condition the outside of her building look like a tornado came thru and ripped several buildings. Pot holes are horrible.
New management is way BETTER than what this place had before. The manager has made changes in the way they talk to us tenants now, I feel included and I can say that I’ll be renewing my lease here now.
The new office staff is trying to get this place right again. Now it’s the time to get a place here
New management is much nicer than who was here before. People in the office are actually answering the phones and emails. So much happier with them now
The new management is making great changes. And the people in the office are always so welcoming I’m excited to see the changes they will make to this place
Went for a tour last weekend. Going to be a really nice family spot once the renovations are finished. Dog parks, playgrounds, even a stream on the property which is cute. Really roomy and clean
Lots of space for the money, but continued excuses about no money to fix the property. Staff locks the doors when they are here so residents cannot contact them. Emergency mant number is a joke.
