Property Ratings at Twin City Townhomes
Best value for the price. Spacious with big clean private patio. The manager is so nice and the maintenance is quick.
Management was fast to respond and I applied and moved in within 2 days. Talk about fast. Love it here so far. 5 stars.
Very nice quality of service. The team is very responsive and the other tenants are super nice and helpful too.
I paid the $200 application fee and scheduled a tour of a unit before paying a deposit. They ghosted me and haven’t returned any of my phone calls or emails.

I have lived here for 3 years now, and I truly do call Twin City home. Brittany in the office is wonderful, and fast. Maintenance always comes right away if anything goes wrong.

Whenever there is a maintenance request, they come pretty fast and fix the issue. The apartment is spacious and big. I like the quality of laving here!
Very good maintenance, the management is trying their best to be there as soon as there is any maintenance request. The team has a very nice attitude and will to help quickly!
The property is clean as well as the apartment when got delivered. Thanks to the management for the nice effort.
The idea of the townhome is not but the apartment is not nice and don’t look like the picture. Maintenance is terrible and they rig a lot of things just to get you in a unit. Pool not even being touch which sucks because it’s supposed to be apart of community amenities. Also if you don’t track the lawn people to cut your backyard it won’t get touched.
One of the best places to live in ever! I highly recommend it...
