I lived in these apartments for a year and my experience with these apartments have been absolutely phenomenal. The management team Mrs Sarah and Paula are great. I could literally go on and on all day about them. The maintenance man is a one man army that completes his task very quickly and professionally. My family and I have lived here for almost 7 years, and we love it. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept and it's a nice community. We enjoy cooking out on the grills and the kids love the playground. The saltwater pool is definitely our favorite and the staff are friendly and helpful. Any maintenance problems we've had were resolved as quickly as possible once we made a service request which was easy to do online or by phone or office visit. We enjoy the convenience of being close to shopping and dining options and the school is right down the street. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
I have lived here for 2 years. I have requested that my refrigerator replaced because of mold and stuff in the vents and all of seals are broken with mold in them. I have tried several times to remove it but it comes back. The new carpet that has been put in before I move in is already buckling and coming up on the stairs, militance knows but does not care. People leave garbage outside their apartments for weeks and nothing is done about it until a complaint is filed with the office, people do not clean up after their dogs and nothing is done about plus the trash cans provided for the dog waste are not cleaned out until there are bags laying on the ground. The management does not care, they just want to fill the apartments.
I've lived at Twin for a couple of years now, and I find it very peace full at night, probably the quietness apartment community I've lived in! I rent a washer and dryer so I don't worry about the cost of doing laundry, it's runs about the same whether you rent them or do it in their laundry room so, not sure why people are complaining about that! I have two dogs and just love that they have 2 dog parks, I can ride the bus if needed because it stops right out front! Maintenance has always been very responsive when I've called anything in. The office girls are really nice whenever I go inside to get my packages. I just love this place and cannot say enough about it!
Our cars have been broken into & office didn’t care. Random people walking right by the apartments from a field in front of them making it easy to break into. The neighbors are outside yelling all the time, even with multiple complaints to office and police.
Twin creek village apartments has been the place we called home since last year. We recently moved into a house, but as far as apartments are concerned, the management team here is 5 stars simply because of their thorough background vetting of the residents that live there. I didn’t have to worry about anything happening to my children playing at the park or riding their bikes through the neighborhood. The property is clean, our vehicles were never messed with, and I can’t say enough about the computer room, workout room AND the fabulous coffee bar! This was by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. The inside of the apartment was spacious, and upgraded appliances, floors, just all around a really beautiful apartment that fit right in a single moms budget. Out of the entirety of Norman I would choose this property over any of the others. You just can’t beat the price and the serenity surrounding Twin Creek Village apartments.
Very quiet and clean property with lots of paths to walk your dog. Includes a pool and 2 dog parks, with many trashcans/bag dispensers for your pups.

I love this community, because of how quiet it is and friendly everyone is. I've never had any issues with my neighbors. The ladies in the office are very sweet and make sure you are taken care of right away.
I have lived here for twelve years and love it. We have the nicest bark parks in Norman.
I love these apartments they do so much for our complex and do amazing things as a whole and for individuals. I have never loved living any place but here. Would highly recommend them. They are great for all age ranges of people.
I've lived here for close to a year and have very few, if any, complaints. The staff are always friendly, the apartment is roomy and great for the price, and it's close to any thing you might need in Norman (food, gas station, University, etc.) Overall it's a great place to live!
I have lived here for multiple years now and the apartments and grounds are both great. The staff is friendly. Maintenance is quick. Washer dryer hook ups in every apartment. Two bathrooms. Monthly pest treatment. No size limit on dogs. Great apartments would recommend.
You have everything you could ask for, from friendly and respectful staff, to fireplaces a gym great doggy parks for my little pup, I love it here.
