I do like my neighbors my building is mostly quiet with professionals working except for maybe one neighbor. I enjoy my view from my unit outside trees greenery and somewhat private. My indoor laundry and fireplace are a plus.

All areas of parking lot garbage looks horrible. Condition of apartment move-in terrible. (Missing face plates- kitchen sink faucet installed incorrectly- sink is extremely small & unable to wash dishes- bathroom faucet and tub was stopped up- tub faucet leaked- all hallways closet doors are cheap or worn down - spider webs all over exterior light fixtures and stair railings.

Work doesn't get completed. Ponds look nasty and dyed and the water is always getting shut off somewhere in the building. pool never opened all summer blamed on repairs, but it seems to be a common thing talking to other residents who has lived here longer. I wouldn't rent here until they get better team and more employees.

Leasing an apartment not just Twin Creeks any apartment truly wasn't on my radar. My mother told me to consider Twin Creeks and to put in an application. The rest is history. The ladies are very professional which for me led to a very Smooth and STRESS FREE Leasing experience.

Overall it is a nice place to live. Residents are friendly and respectful. Kids we’ll gather and play in the grass. Scenery makes you feel like you are in the forest, stores, freeway, and Contra Loma park are walking distance.

Do not move here! Have mold in my kids room they refuse to fix, trash everywhere. Office won't call or email you back! They make excuse on why nothing ever gets fixed and are very rude over the phone if you actually manage to get ahold of someone..
I've lived here less than 2 weeks and I'm so unhappy. My toilet quit flushing, and the light in my fridge shorted out and then broke in my hand cutting me. I still don't have a mailbox key nor will the mgt open the box to give me my mail. I've told them about all of this, and they just keep coming up with excuses for why things aren't getting fixed. Finally, a maintenance man came and temporarily fixed the toilet and told me if it happens again, to open the tank and jiggle some hose. No. I just want my toilet to run as expected. Fix it. Then, the very next time I tried to flush it, it wasn't working. I've called them multiple times about these issues to no avail. Then today, a huge roach jumped out at me. I've called the after hours maintenance and haven't heard back. I've asked for them to fix the issues or relieve me of my lease and pay my moving costs. We shall see what they do.

My apt was a life saver,i had nothing. Living homeless and the good Lord gave me this place . its. Beautiful and homey. And very diverce .its one bed room, with a fire place. Pool and spa...and i couldn't be more happyer.
This is a beautiful place to live, it's nice and peaceful with lots of greenery. I also love that our complex isn't right next to a shopping center. The not so good part is when my neighbor upstairs was asked nicely to stop making excessive noise the problem just got worse and the management really didn't do much to stop them. Thank god they moved. The rent is a bit high but overall I have enjoyed my 4 years here. I recommend renting upstairs so as to avoid inconsiderate neighbors who let their children jump, slam, and crash up and down like a heard of elephants.
I've lived at Twin Creek Apartments for 4 years, both in a two bedroom and a single. Positives: In unit washer and dryer, apartment layout options, relatively quiet complex, spacious gym, ceiling fan in dining area, 3 min access to freeway and grocery store, open kitchen area in single bedroom, friendly/helpful staff, pool and BBQ area, valet garbage pickup every evening, walking distance to regional park and scenic reservoir, most apartments are newly renovated. Negatives: Jacuzzi and pool maintenance/cleaning often overlooked, I have had theft of patio items, single bedroom apartment has little options for flat screen T.V. placement in living room, windows don't offer enough light in living area (though this may be a positive for some), walking distance to carport may be further than desired. Overall pleased with this complex and have enjoyed ling here.
Very good management and maintenance crews. Quiet building materials, can not hear downstairs neighbor at all.
