Property Ratings at Twin Creeks Crossing
The new management team has really let this place get dirty and generally unkept. On top of that, they do not respond to communication requests.
Property Manager at Twin Creeks Crossing, Responded To This Review
We're sincerely sorry to hear about your recent experience. We hold cleanliness and communication in high regard and deeply regret not meeting those standards. Your feedback is crucial to us as we work towards improvement and we assure you of noticeable changes soon.
Dryer is not working since 6 days and they are not resolving the issue immediately and they are very irresponsible. Apartment people do not have good attitude to resolve the issues. Not worth to stay in this apartment.

If you like your packages being delivered on time, I wouldn’t come to this apartment complex. They use a service called fetch and they do not communicate with residents. I ordered an overnight delivery, and we have to put fetch address for it to be delivered. Amazon delivered my package on time to fetch but apparently fetch was closed. Fetch sent out an email to the apartment complex, and the apartment complex didn’t notify residents. So my package was sitting outside their office and I will not receive that package until the day they open. I called the apartment complex to ask them if there’s anyway they could use a different delivering company because I’m paying for fetch every month. I don’t have a choice. I spoke to the apartment complex manager but there was nothing he could do to help me. He actually put the responsibility on me to follow up with fetch even though we are being forced to use them to deliver our packages. I don’t understand why the apartment complex is not looking at fetch ratings. This experience made me want to move out quickly.

Although we appreciate all feedback, yours is deeply concerning to us. We value our residents and care about them deeply and are disappointed you feel this way. Please reach out to us directly when you can so we can take care of these claims properly. Thank you and we hope to speak with you soon.
no one was collecting trash since I moved in 2022. Trash can on the side of building is overflowing. No enough parking lots, most of the time you will have to take a 5 min walk to get back to home after you parked. Also packages are constantly not being able to deliver, you need to driver to UPS in McKinney to pick up which will cost around 45-60mins.

The old management staff was fantastic and helpful The new ones like to brush you off and not answer any questions, Trash expenses went up $20 now at almost $40 a month for recycling which they do not do and another $19 a month for a 3rd party package service which loses packages all the time. The website is not correct with all the information on it. Buyer beware. No one has an answer to why all the new charges, tried corporate and they do not even call you back. The common thread here is the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Good Luck.
Just take a walk around it and you will see for yourself. Since being sold to S2 the property has become extremely neglected. Just go look at the reviews for S2 to see how they treat their tenants and apartments. Do yourself a favor and stay away...
Until recently this place was run well, and I've known people that lived here in the past that really liked the old management. But be warned, S2 Residential is driving current residents away by raising rents to ridiculous amounts, and they charge for trash service but can't keep reliable trash service. Oh and work orders don't get done either. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of here.
I'm current resident and writing this review based on what am seeing, the new management came into picture and changed everything in a day. We had access to party hall, but now they don't allow us to use it. Its beautiful party hall as seen in pics but u will not be able to use it. We always look for good apartment with all kind of facilities and these facilities are part of your rent. feels bad when ur paying for something that you can't use.
Listen to the bad reviews, DONT MOVE HERE. We were amazed at the size of the apartment, beautiful complex, friendly staff, and cheaper rates for the size and location compared to others. But, it’s truly was too good to be true. My husband& I deep cleaned our apartment once a week, and ants kept coming back. We went on a 3 day trip, came back to our kitchen infested with ants, had to throw out groceries and kill/ clean up the ants ourselves because they couldnt get an exterminator out until Friday. (We called on SUNDAY) We had to use their “emergency” maintenance once, because our carbon monoxide detectors went off at 11pm, NO answer. We had to call the fire department out because we do not have a ladder or batteries to replace it, I felt extremely bad wasting the fire departments time just because this complex isn’t capable of keeping up with their residents. We had multiple months where they said we were past due, then we confront them and get a “our mistake, that’s for a different resident” it’s your JOB to be a book keeper and keep things organized. Multiple maintenance requests for a broken sink dispenser, multiple exterminator requests for ants during the summer. The broken elevator, the amount of dog poop, and ants, the money issues, do not compare to what they do to you when you are done and decide to move to a better place. Upon moveout, they will try to get EVERY cent out of you they possibly can. We saw these reviews of the same money thing happening to others upon moving in, yet we still took that “two months free!” Promo and thought this place was perfect, and still moved in. Because of these reviews, we were prepared to fight these charges and took photos of EVERYTHING after cleaning, left multiple voicemails we were trying to turn in our keys (they closed earlier than their scheduled hours without any notice) and we were being charged another $200. We over paid our last months rent by $200 because of these fees they were trying to justify they were billing us for, after many phone calls and being cut off by the book keeper and only getting $34 knocked off, I gave up and we paid them JUST to finally stop dealing with these people that don’t care about their residents. Coffee and ice cream days DO NOT make up for the fact they can’t handle so many residents. They don’t care about you. If they did, we wouldn’t have been forced to live among ants and forced to cough up nearly $400 in extra fees with our final statement and previous months rent.

Fantastic apartment! Great Community. Except for the fact that they will send you to collections for your final payment because they lost the check

Anyone who is researching whether to move to Twin Creeks Crossing please read! I have been here almost a year now and it has been the worst experience I have EVER had at an apartment complex. PHASE 1 is not kept up the way it should be. If you live on any floor other than 3rd, you will hear EVERY SINGLE NOISE from neighbors above. When I say every, that is no exaggeration! The apartments were built poorly and management is very well aware. The property manager and assistant manager are very nice and accommodating but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for the issues that this complex has. There have been two different neighbors move in and out above me and the EXTREME noise issue never changes. No one wants to come home to banging and pounding, cracks and creeks every single second and loud trampeing all the time. It will drive a person crazy! There are so many other apartments in the area that are built so much nicer and provide and a more peaceful environment.
Property Manager at Twin Creeks Crossing, Responded To This Review
We would like to personally apologize for the unfortunate issues that you?ve experienced. We value your residency and would like the opportunity to address your concerns. We strive for excellence and look forward to better serving you in future interactions. Please call, email or visit us so we may rectify your concerns promptly.
I came home on my lunch break today to find water all over my floors, counters, dripping off the light fixtures, rugs completely soaked because of several severe leaks in the sheet rock ceiling. I called over and over and over and over until someone finally picked up. I told her what was going on and that someone needed to do something as it was getting worse. She assured me she would send "one of the guys" over to help. I waited an hour and no one came. I had to go back to work and have tried to call repeatedly since 1pm today and still haven't got a response. I'm pretty sure I'm going to walk into my house and no one will have even been there.
Property Manager at Twin Creeks Crossing, Responded To This Review
Hello, Thank you for letting us know of this issue. We will be notifying our team to see if this maintenance problem was resolved. We apologize for any inconveniences that you've experienced.
Getting tired of the staffs at this apartment, they are so quick to charge for a trash violation but takes them weeks to fix their constantly broken elevator. Think twice before moving to a unit that offers 'elevator' because four days out of the week it is useless. This apartment is relatively new and the continual out of service of their elevator is the worst. We just had a baby and live on the 4th floor, the continuous of having to go to back and forth on stairs with a car-seat is not an ideal way of living especially with the rate they charge to live here.
Property Manager at Twin Creeks Crossing, Responded To This Review
Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. Congratulations on a new baby! We?re sorry to see you?ve had a negative experience with us at Twin Creeks Crossing. Unfortunately, a broken elevator is out of our control, however, we notify the elevator company ASAP when we?re faced with this situation and a technician is typically on property within 24 hours. We apologize if you?ve been inconvenienced due to this circumstance, as this is not our intent. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and our goal is to provide you with an exceptional living experience. For any further questions or concerns regarding violations or anything else, we?re happy to speak with you. Please stop by, call or email us at your convenience. Again, we appreciate your feedback and look forward to the opportunity to better assisting you in the future. Joey Vielma Property Manager
I lived here 2 years. I recently moved out of this apartment so that I'd be closer to work, however if I'd stayed in Allen I would not recommend this place. The units are very nice, but you can literally hear your neighboors cough. There is absolutely no sound proofing between the units. There's also a lot of dog poop on the property and the longer I stayed there the more trash I saw. The people in the complex are also very loud. If you are looking for a nice unit, the place does have nice units, but you will have to deal with a lot of loud people, loud noise, trash and dog poop. Another warning, this place will give you concessions to move in but upon moving out I received a $700 bill for carpet and I only have carpet in 2 bedrooms and one was perfect. They will get the money back from the concessions given, so beware of this. Overall I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex. As your mother probably told you, everything that looks pretty is not.
Property Manager at Twin Creeks Crossing, Responded To This Review
Again, we thank you so much for your review. We welcome all feedback. Our porters and valet trash company work very hard to keep the property neat and clean. Dog poop is a challenge at any community and our team works daily to pick up. We also have 26 pet stations throughout the community to assist with this. As for your final account statement, it includes final utilities, cleaning and damage charges. We would be happy to go over your charges with you. A member of our staff will reach out to you today to discuss this with you. Again, we thank you for your feedback and wish you nothing but the best. Have a wonderful day! Joey Vielma Property Manager
This property looks like a five star property but they treat you like it should be a one star property. Staff is clueless when it comes to assisting with any issues. Be prepared to deal with construction noise sometimes until 10 at night. Was not even informed a second phase was in the process of being built when I told the consultant I wanted a unit facing a quite area. Now I deal with construction noise Monday - Saturday and cannot even work from home without hearing LOUD construction all day long. Walls are very thin and you can hear every conversation your neighbor is having in the bedroom. Work orders get lost in the shuffle and had to go down to remind them of issues many times. I could go on but hopefully you get the point, DO NOT move here! If I could give a 0 star rating it would be giving this property too much credit.
TCC is a disgrace to the word apartment. The management ignore request for anything. Sewage leaks and they let u out of your lease so they don't have to deal with your situation. Laziness should be there motto! #CFLaneonlycareabout $ nottheirtenants #TWINCREEKSCROSSING
This is a nice new apartment nice and comfortable. They have 1 and 2 bedrooms with hard wood floor and carpet in the bedrooms. With a nice work out place.beautiful pool and club room.
I lived there for couple of months and management is so poor. The bad thing is that they only do 12 month lease. I have to broke my lease due to issues with management. Some of the employees even don't know to handle basic problems.
