Property Ratings at Twin Lakes Apartments
I moved in September of 2022. It is quite, well Lit up at night, and the staff has been wonderful. I had a few items that needed fixing, they came right away. I lived in a more expensive apartment for 6 years and they have not given me the quality of service I have received at Twin Lakes Manor. I definitely will renew my lease. I am happy To call Twin Lakes manor my home. I would like to take this minute to say thank you to the staff and management.
I've lived here for 3 years and will be renewing my lease in a couple of months. I feel safe here. The community is very quiet and keep the property they reside in clean and they are friendly and respectful to others. The staff is welcoming, from the receptionist to the manger. I've always been treated with respect and my issues were discussed and solved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues were handled and they never left a mess in my apartment. It's conveniently located near everything you need including the highways. I enjoy it here.
I needed several things done/fixed and I come home to everything fixed and a clean apartment. Thank you Brandon...YOU ROCK!!! If you see him....Give him a BIG HIGH FIVE??

Brandon is pretty amazing! Twin Lakes Team thanks you for giving him such a great compliment. We will make sure he sees this.
Staff is nice to you until you sign the lease then they turn into something else when you have a problem The perfectly staged apartment is no where near what you get. You get a filthy trashy hole in the wall the is just disgusting. Don't move here

We would love to discuss this further with you. Please contact the office during the office hours.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! It's ABSOLUTELY not worth your MONEY. They will show you a DISPLAY home which looks nice then you don't see your actual home untill MOVE IN DAY and it is NOTHING like the PICTURES or DISPLAY home. All the apartments our umteen years old. I lived here for a 1 year and this has been the worst living experience i had in my whole 24 years of living. (I am being completely honest and fair, just read everyone's reviews i am not alone here) The manager "JESS" is a scam. They don't care about their customers i complained 4 TIMES about my disgusting neighbors bringing in DEAD ANIMALS from the woods, chopping them up at all hours of the night then cooking them causing the whole entire building to SMELL DEADLY. Our building gets a notice EVERYDAY stating that they have to shut the water off for a HOUR or 2. I was 6months pregnant when i moved in I told them how i couldnt sleep through the BANGING noise and how the smell makes me sick.(IMAGINE SMELLING A DEAD RODENT WHILE COOKING DINNER) They did NOTHING but bring more of the foreigners in. Now their trying to charge me for 2 extra months because even though i gave them back the nonrenewal letter and verbal notice that i will NOT be renewing my lease and will be out at the end of the month(end of my lease) they said they still needed an additional notice in writing saying when will i be vacating :/ ....Which seems pretty OBVIOUS that if i'm not renewing my lease that means i have to be out at the END of my lease. (They didnt clarify with me they knew what they were doing because im young and sweet). You have to be very careful with reading the contract, they wont go into detail with you about the lease just say SIGN here SIGN there (which is my fault for trusting them) they were professional and very nice. (DON'T GET FOOLED) I HOPE TWINLAKE APARTMENTS SHUT DOWN!!!

It’s disappointing to hear that our community has not lived up to your expectations. Our display apartment is fully furnished and one of the floor plans we offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at (717) 564-6693 to discuss your neighbor concerns and how we can help.
Apartment was unlivable for me, got very sick from staying in it. The worst experience I've ever had when renting an apartment. Office staff friendly only until you sign the lease, then complete turn afterwards, rude/unfriendly, and not accommodating one bit. RENT ELSEWHERE
