Been living here for 4 years got a new property manager 2 to 4 months ago. Inspects your apartment every 3 to 4 months and will nitpick anything and everything not spotless in house to try and evict you. So they can get someone else in a raise there rent even higher. Rents gone up 150 to 200 bucks in past 2 years highly recommend finding somewhere else to live.
When I first moved here 5 years ago, we rented a townhouse with three bedrooms. Staff in office were very friendly and professional. Maintenance crew always take care of any issues. Grounds are kept nicely. Dog friendly, and a playground. Neighbors are quiet. They have laundromat on site if needed. Located close to shopping areas, nice schools. Short drive to the park for hiking/biking and a dog park. I like the fact that water, and cable and trash are included. I haven’t had any issues, I’m still here, it’s a nice place to live.
I have been a resident of Twin Oaks for several years. We have stayed here for how clean and comfortable it is. They are constantly updating all fassits of the property. If you have any repair needs they will be there literally be there in minutes. The office staff is friendly and always considerate of tenants needs. The property is located near several shops and stores so it is close to town but hidden away for privacy.. I am thankful and proud to call Twin Oaks my home! Would recommend to all!
We have lived at Twin Oaks for 9 years and we love it here. The office staff is friendly and attentive to renters needs. Maintenance staff is friendly, and quick to respond to any issues that arise. The grounds are well maintained, and a very peaceful area with the creek that runs through the property, a play ground for the kiddos and picnic area to enjoy the fresh air with lots of trees. Conveniently located to shopping venues yet set back off of the main roads to seem secluded. Highly recommend checking out this property
I have lived here at Twin Oaks for 2 years now and it has been such an amazing experience. From the neighbors that are friendly, to the Maintenance staff, to the Management staff. Twin Oaks does a great job making sure HOME feels like a HOME. I would recommend this place to ANYONE who wants a great location, great atmosphere with a great price.
I have lived here 3 years now. This is a very nice place to reside. They seem to do very good background checks and have only seen one problem renter who was notified to leave property. I had a maintenance problem one morning at 6:00 am. I called the office number and talked with the answering service. Had a maintence person at my apartment at 6:45. Thanks!!!! Property is very clean and maintained well. Also has some quiet areas that are nice to visit to just relax. Office staff is exceptionally easy to work with and respond promptly to questions or problems. Rent is very reasonable and would be hard to find a better property to live on. Again thanks to all involved!!!
I have lived here for almost 20 years. It feels like home to me. The ladies in the office Are extremely nice and very helpful. Great maintenance workers and the grounds are kept up well. I love the creek that flows behind the apartments...it's very calming. I love opening my door and listening to it. I enjoy living here and it's a very quiet complex. I highly recommend it.
I have been residence of twin oaks apartments for about 10 years and never had a complaint. The office staff is very professional and courteous. The maintenance and grounds crew are very prompt and knowledgeable. It is a very quiet and pleasant place to live.
I called and asked what they had available and scheduled a viewing. I viewed said apartment, paid for an application and then was later told that they had rented that unit, they only had one, one bedroom and that I was denied. No legitimate reason, but if I had to guess it was because of my appearance, and the fact that I have a service animal and they can't legally charge me fees, or additional rent for him.

We am very sorry that you feel this way. We do not discriminate or deny applicants based on appearance. We have several tenants who have service animals at our apartments presently. We deny applicants if they do not meet our credit criteria or income requirements.
Poor outside lighting! Gang affiliation and drug deals are typical (a man was shot dead here a couple of years ago) Rude office staff. Frequent apartment checks (beware if something is out of place you'll hear about it and be written up). Paper thin walls! Random people entering apartment without notice! Once found a maintenance man just checking my air, while I just had stepped out of the shower and wasn't aware he was inside my appartment! If you are a young women, elderly, or have young children it is not the safest place for them! Please don't make the mistake I did!

While the apartment building that my apartment is located in is an older one I have no need to look any further for a living space. The layout of the apartment meets my needs perfectly. The walls throughout the apartment are covered with warm rustic real knotty pine paneling which lends the spaces to an earthy atmosphere. The rooms throughout while not huge are at least larger than average. The living room has a vaulted ceiling which has a great hall feel with it's high ceiling, and stone floors. Other amenities include washer/dryer hookups, garbage disposal, new modern heat pump, and ample closet space. And, as I stated earlier I have absolutely no need to look any further for a comfortable, pleasant living space which meets my every need.
