Property Ratings at Twin Oaks Apartments
I moved from one apartment to another apartment on the same property and the leasing manager Ashley was supposed to swap my leasing information over to the next contract. She ended up extending my lease an extra 6 months and tried to pocket the money herself. Other than that the apartments are alright to live in. It is descent for college or cheaper living without sacrificing too much.
I really enjoyed this place! Staff and maintenance are really nice! I loved my renovated apartment with my balcony. Quiet property around so many close places for shopping and leisure! I’d definitely return but I moved out of state!
Twin oaks is okay living for a college student who needs cheap rent but otherwise it's not the best place to live! Managment is rude, they also take forever to fix anything broken in the apartment. You may have to call or put in numerous maintenance request before it is taken care of. They also tried to raise my rent to that of a new resident with a completely refurbished apartment, mine was not updated in anyway and I had been paying the same rent for two years prior. I told them if they wanted to raise my rent I wanted the updates to or I wasn't paying for them she told me the best she could do was move me to another apartment but my rent couldn't stay the same as it had been it would still go up! I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up. The complex is also very very loud, very hard to get any sleep.
