WARNING!!! Do NOT move here. The property management does not care about the tenants and will screw you over any time they can. The only positive experience I had here was that my lease was only six months so I could leave sooner. The rent is sky high ( and constantly raising). The property manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. The amenities are always broken or not maintained. The two pools where down most of the summer including major holidays like forth of July. The gym equipment was broken the entire time. The trash situation is out of control constantly overflowing. The dishwasher broke and it took over a month to fix. The dog stations are very rarely stocked with bags so there is lots of dog poop everywhere. The landscaper don’t trim the trees on the walkway so you have to duck and move around them. When they do trim them they do not pick up the debris. The maintenance comes unannounced. They are supposed to have text and emails alerts that do not work. We have had out water cut for maintenance with no warning. The moving in process was complicated and frustrating. Move in date was changed several times. Moving out the office lost our sixty day noticed and treated us like we were the problem. Upon finding our copy and bringing it to them they conveniently found their copy. They took over half of our security deposit due to “pet urine in the carpet and no vacuum” even though my dogs are in crates when I am not home and NEVER had an accident in the house. I also vacuumed and left the place cleaner than is was when I moved in. I was warned from other people how awful this place was and I truly should have listened. I have lived in several other apartments in Hattiesburg and this is definitely the worst. Save your money and your sanity and DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Terrible place to live. Horrible management. Rude staff. Takes months to get someone for repairs. Property is not kept up. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.
