Management team is very nice and helpful! The area and community is very peaceful and nice as well. Very neighborly. Overall a great experience and happy to call this place home.

The units at Twin Oaks have a very welcoming appearance both exterior and interior. The individual entrances to each unit also make the environment feel more private.

Management has consistently been friendly, helpful, timely, and gone above and beyond to answer my questions or give me information. Likewise, my neighbors have all been welcoming and friendly. Although my move to Twin Oaks was for difficult reasons, my experience here has been amazing and so incredibly positive thanks to the support of strong management and the embrace of this community! I couldn't be happier!

The management team at Twin Oaks really takes you seriously when you need them! The maintenance is quick and everyone is always professional.

Working with Twin Oaks was great! They are always easy to get ahold of and walked me through the process of getting this place on my own no problem! They worked in a very fast and timely manner with getting me in and even called to see how everything went on move in day.

Didn't plan on being here more than a couple of years, but here we are several years later!

The town homes are fantastic as long as your neighbor doesnt smoke inside their home so that yours smells like cigarettes also...

The staff who got me and my husband into twin oaks were very kind and helpful. They wanted us to move in they made me feel very welcome and safe about living there. They take necessary steps to make sure you and everyone living there are good people.

Management pleasant & friendly.

Maintenance does not address things in a timely manner. Things will go months without ever being addressed. They only care about making fixes when you are moving out. Kids running around by cars. Kids damaging vehicles and nothing is addressed. Drug use. Trash on the yards. Laundry rooms are not maintained.

Its very welcoming and cozy. Feels very much like home.

Twin Oaks has done an excellent job of providing us with everything we could ask as tenants.

Twin Oaks are well priced townhomes in a great spot in Hutchinson.

It's a great place to live in Hutchinson. They allow pets which is a must have for me. They have always responded to my maintenance calls in a timely manner. Also every employee I have had interactions with has been nice and polite.

Management is awesome! Maintenance is awesome! One of the best places we've rented.
