Property Ratings at Twin Peaks Ridge
Twin Peaks Ridge has by far been the greatest place we’ve lived. Most landlords/apartment managers are difficult to communicate with and not very helpful, but the exact opposite is true here. Brad and Greg are responsive, extremely kind, warm people, and so happy and open to communication. Maintenance is quick to get to work and very friendly. And the cost to live at TPR is not a financial burden like most other places in the area, ESPECIALLY for the value. The apartments are in a beautiful area with an AMAZING view. It’s so quiet and feels safe and separated from the loud and busy town, but you’re minutes from everything you’ll need. I never felt unsafe a single day living there. The entire community is full of really friendly and considerate. Honestly, I can’t say enough to adequately explain how great a place Twin Peaks Ridge is to live in. Had we not had to leave for our own reasons, we would have been happy to stay for as long as we could.
Oh wow! Living at Twin Peaks Ridge for the past 6 years has been really great. The landlord's/landlord'esses have been very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The caretakers have always been accommodating and friendly. The price for all that I got was very generous. Especially with the nice views of the Layton city lights at night and the sunset just before. I also made great use of the nearby Adam's Canyon, just down the road. One of the best hikes around. The nearby highway and freeway are also very accessible, allowing access up and down the Wasatch Front. I greatly recommend Twin Peaks Ridge.
Wonderful location with beautiful views & quiet atmosphere. Management is great to work with & very accommodating.
I don’t normally do reviews, but wanted to let everyone know that Twin Peaks Ridge is seriously the best complex we’ve ever lived in. The views are beautiful, and it is such a quiet, calm, cozy community. Had we not just bought a house we would have stayed forever! Management and maintenance are always so kind and quick (above and beyond) to resolve any issue. All the neighbors are super friendly too! Can’t say enough good things.
My husband and I lived here for nearly 2 years and are so sad to be leaving! Management is not only prompt, but go above and beyond. We were well taken care of here and miss it already. Great neighbors and maintenance guy was always respectful and helpful!
The facilities, price, and personnel were amazing! The views were breathtaking! The managers and maintenance personnel were always friendly and made taking care of the facilities a priority. They always strove to respond quickly and to keep the facilities in top shape. This is the place to rent in Layton!
The views are better than many 7 figure homes, the neighbors are kind, it's very close to world class hiking and mountain biking trails, and the landlords became fast friends. What's not to love? If I ever move back to the area, these apartments will be my first choice to live in again.
My husband and I have lived in several apartments and this one was the best of them all! Beautiful views of the mountain and sunset and very well kept! The landlord and maintenance workers respond so fast to any needs you may have! I had a problem at 10:30 at night and the landlord came right over! We loved the close amenities and the amazing neighbors! To say we were sad to leave is an understatement! If they have an availability, take it!!!
Finding ourselves in between houses my husband and I took one look and decided Twin Peaks was for us. The rent is VERY reasonable and the location is more scenic than most apartment complexes. Having owned homes in the past we were pleasantly surprised to see how much the family that owns these units cares about upkeep and maintenance. In fact we stopped mentioning minor issues because of the way they responded, just one example is they replaced our air conditioning unit less than a month after we moved in. If you are looking for a place to live whether it is long or short term....take a look at Twin Peaks. You won’t be disappointed by the owners or the tenants!
