Property Ratings at Nashua Investors
Management here has gone overboard. The somehow believe that they can amend your lease at the drop of a hat without your consent. They keep hiking the rent while removing services. As soon as my lease is up I’m gone. Ever issue I have brought to their attention gets dismissed without a second thought. Used to be better but now it feels like they have it out for the tenants instead of having a partnership with them.
I spent 3 years at The Gardens at Twin Ponds starting in 2016. I chose to apply to live at The Gardens because I have a German Shepherd and finding a place to rent ANYWHERE in the northeast with a large breed dog is near-impossible. The rent is the same you’re going to find anywhere around the S.NH area. Although The Gardens are in older buildings, I’ve seen the management do consistent maintenance and upgrades to the property. Its worth stating that this is wonderful place to live if you like walking your dog at night, it feels safe and there’s lots of places to explore. The landscaping is really great, and spring around here is beautiful. While living at The Gardens we ended up having a problem with our shower. When we contacted maintenance, we found there was a serious issue with our drain. Deb in the office worked with us, put us up in a hotel with our dog and two cats until another apartment became available. Their staff helped us move our stuff and their maintenance crew worked with our power/internet companies to get us hooked up on time. We found Twin Ponds and their staff to be very accommodating and patient with us during this difficult time. If you’re looking for an apartment to rent for large breed or any breed dogs in Southern New Hampshire, Twin Ponds is it.
Great place to live, walls are sound proof, in our building anyways. Only downfall is parking. You get ONE assigned parking spot! Most people have at LEAST two automobiles. There are some tenants that have three or more cars. This greatly increases your chances of getting a parking spot anywhere close to your building! This especially stinks if you work late and find yourself walking great distance to get to your apartment. During holidays or weekends don't leave your parking spot, stay home! You definitely won't find a spot when you get back. People have visitors that take all open spots. It's horrible. Makes you not want to leave home in fear of not finding a parking spot.
Great apartment for the area! Great value! Within walking distance to a variety of stores and restaurants. Very close to major highways is also a plus. It is close enough to almost everything, but far enough away that you feel like you have a quite place to call home. The staff here does a wonderful job of maintaining the apartments and updating things as needed! They are very responsive to taking care of what is needed! They have a pool, and even included in the rent it a gym membership!
This is a quiet area and very nice place to live. I have had no problems at all.
So I move into my apartment with needing a place within 24hrs and they accepted my application and I with the help of a few friends had my cable and all my brand new furniture delivered the same day - after living there for one month I was standing on my second floor apartment deck when the deck collapsed and I suffered a compound fracture of my left elbow - long story short most people would have moved on I chose to stay because that's how much I love living here !!! It's the only dog friendly apartment complex in Nashua NH and every person that I have met in the last 5 yrs is so friendly it's a great environment and if you love dogs as I do this is the place to be !!! I will stay here forever !!!!
My husband and I owned a house in Iowa for 24 years. We moved last year to New Hampshire renting an apartment with only seeing a virtual walk through. We have been in our brand new apartment for 14 months and I am still in love! When you own your own home you are responsible for so much upkeep and there is constantly work that needs to be done. Moving across the country in our 50's was probably one of the hardest things my husband and I have ever done but it was so worth it. Our building, The Summit is so wonderful. It really has changed my life. Living in a brand new, beautiful apartment is a dream come true for me. To have a clean, safe and spacious living area with big windows, balcony, washer, dryer and dishwasher all on one floor including an elevator and underground parking is more than I could of dreamed of when back in our own home in Iowa. I am so in love with our apartment I tell everyone I meet about it. I would be happy to stay here the rest of my life! I hope I never have to move again. Our rent is over 3 times the amount of our mortgage and even though that has been hard for us financially, I wouldn't change a thing. Apartment living is really a great thing!
