For my first apartment, I am glad that I chose Twin Ridge Apartments. Alyssa guided me through the whole process from touring several units to move in day! I revisited a couple of units to make sure choose the right one for me, and Alyssa is an expert at her job! The whole process was smooth and It was a pleasant experience. My favorite part of Twin Ridge is the homey feels in this community. I am excited for me and for my senior dog with our new home.

We're in our 2nd year at Twin Ridge Apts and we love it. We moved from a house... so finding a unit large enough to fit us comfortably was a big concern, and Twin Ridge did not disappoint. Our neighbors have been kind, the grounds are nice, the maintenance team is very responsive, and the pool provides great summer fun.

I have lived in this neighborhood for nearly 5 years and have enjoyed every day of it. I have even made some of my best friends here. Our small dog has the right amount of space he needs in our modern apartment, beautiful paths to walk around the buildings, and a great dog park that provides two areas for your dog depending on their size and/or sociability. Walks through the neighborhood feel safe and relaxed. They also offer the opportunity to see the beautiful greenery all around; it's obvious that the money collected by the complex is definitely put back into it's upkeep and then some! The pool is large, the tennis courts are abundant, and the gym is just the right size. Though I will say that the cost of rent slightly increase each passing year and some appliances could use a bit updating, I can't say when I'll be leaving this place but it isn't any time soon!

I've lived here on and off for 16 years and It's mostly awesome. The a/c gets really cold, the decks/patios are large, and the bathrooms are nice. The appliances are a bit outdated but when they conk out, the maintenance staff are pretty quick to fix them. All in all, it's a lovely place!

I've been living in a Twin Ridge apartment for close to twelve years, and I would definitely recommend it. The management is very responsive, maintenance is very helpful, and the apartments themselves are spacious. Good neighborhood, generally quiet. Highly recommend!

Terrible management and poor building conditions. In just under a year of living there we had to have an entire bathroom wall replaced due to extensive existing water damage done to the foundation. The drywall fell off like paper maiche. If that was not bad enough, management blamed this pre-existing issue on us (again after living there LESS THAN A YEAR....)

We "hit the Easy Button" when we moved here 1 year ago. we have a fantastic 2bed/2bath with vaulted ceilings, extra large balcony and a Fireplace! the community is super quiet, and there are lots of parking spaces, so that's never an issue. Any and all apartment issues have been solved very quickly without any interruption in our working lives. the staff at the office, as well as maintenance are all super nice.! Make the move here, you won't regret it!

best apartment community I've lived in. hands down. it's so quiet, the apartments are huge! and affordable! and it has a great school district! the pool is huge, splash pad and kiddie pool are great, fitness center is awesome! the staff are very accessible and helpful and professional. omg and the vaulted ceilings! I'm staying here until the day comes that I decide to buy a house.

Horrible building structures. The entire building is shifting. New management doesn't seem to think it's a problem. The entire building looks like it could fall at any giving moment. You can find a better apartment complex that actually care about the safety of their residents. When it rains, the ceilings leak and no one cares to fix it. Plumbing and chipped paint is another issues. The toilet doesn't flush properly due to the low water pressure. Save yourself the headache. Don't waste your money here.

I would like to schedule a personal walkthrough with you of your apartment to address all issues and provide an immediate repair of any items that are less than satisfactory. We are concerned, however, that you might not have the correct community. Was this review intended for Twin Ridge? I ask because our current Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor have been here for 16 years and 43 years, respectively, so our community is not under new management. Please call me at 410-653-0035 so we can clarify and possibly arrange for an appointment. Your comments are of paramount concern as we pride ourselves both on the ability our maintenance team and our consistent improvements throughout the community as indicated in our recent additions of a dog park, an outdoor kitchen grilling station and an upgrade of our pool. We are mid-progress in enhancing our front entrance as well. Although we are an older community, our apartments are frequently updated and community improvements are ongoing. Thank you again, I look forward to hearing from you.
Two weeks ago our A/C unit failed so I called the office and before the day was out, one of the men was here to look at it. Since it was cooler in the evening, we let it go until the next day. Next day, I believe it was Alan that showed up again. Then one of the other men on the staff (my fault for not getting his name) and worked on the problem. Long story short, over the space of a week, they not only came to fix problem, and then fix it, they also showed up to do the follow up to make sure it kept working (It has!) There are few words I can use to compliment Alan and the crew for the fine courteous and clean work they do here. Their work is one of the main factors we are so happy we’ve been living here for almost four years. Twin Ridge is kept beautifully clean, by the gentleman with the cart, landscaped and snow cleared by the contractor and running smoothly by the Maintenance people. The recent renewal of the common areas in the building and the addition of a dog park (We don t have a dog) continues to be the reason we are so happy living here. Please be sure to share this with all the people I have mentioned. PS: Give yourselves a pat on the back, your office management team is first class!

I’ve lived here 6 years! Never planned to stay this long but until we decide what we want to do why not stay??I’ve loved this apartment since the day I saw it. Totally private the people that work here are so accommodating and helpful. We’ve had maintenance problems and they jump right on it. Recently they offered occupants with fireplaces (yes fireplaces) free firewood! Well I’m embarrassed to say I’ve gone up to get firewood 2 times a week for the last month ( not easy when we live on the 3rd floor) . But geez it’s been awesome so I just wanted to thank TWIN RIDGE for helping us out once again! Thank you , Jody Civilletti RRL
I have only lived here for 2 months but I am thoroughly enjoying it. The location is perfect, close to all highways, plenty of restaurants, bars and stores. The office and maintenance staff have been very nice to work with and have taken care of things in a timely manner. The apartments are older and have all of the quirks that go with that but I believe Twin Ridge tries to do everything to keep them updated. I am very pleased with my decision to move here.
The best experience ever! When I was preparing to move into Twin Ridge, Maya kept me well informed with the steps I needed to take to prepare myself for the move. I was overjoyed that my moving process was seamless and the apartment its self was spotless! The grounds are always clean and the staff is always friendly! I would highly recommend Twin Ridge to anyone looking for a place to call home!
The apartments are OK overall, but the staff is very uncommunicative. They are slow for repairs, accusatory when their old appliances or fixtures break, and quick to use threats. Don't come here if you have other options.
I initially loved my apartment and the community is great. However, over the past 3 months I have had 6 water leaks from my ceiling...Maintenance is always quick to respond but this place just seems to be falling apart and every week it seems there is another problem that is outside of my control.
The office staff especially is helpful, knowledgeable, and respond in a timely manner. Maya was my main contact and she always remembered me which made me feel like the staff cared. The layout for my 2BR 1BA was pretty much perfect. Maintenance was always timely although we did have some issues with them not coming in even when the dogs were locked up. The area is fantastic and the grounds are always gorgeous. The plants are well selected so there's always a massive amount of flowers in spring. The main downside of I could hear the people above me, but I couldn't hear the people to the sides, including the college kids next door when they had parties. For the price range, occasionally hearing the people upstairs is a trade off I'm more than willing to make.

Although I'm a cute grandmom...not into the whole blogging and MySpacebook thing... But making an exception to sing Twin Ridges praises. Here's what I enjoy about Twin Ridge: (1st) the office and maintenance staff members;(2nd) my apartment;(3th) the pool;(4th) the fun activities; (5th) the landscaping;(6th) and, again, the staff members' helpfulness, efficiency, and slow to delay to fix stuff. BTW... this is my first blog. Hopefully I don't get cybered-out
I am so happy with the way Twin Ridge has been taking care of us. Great customer service, they have the best office and maintenance staff! I called in this morning for a service request for loosened shower knob, in less than an hour maintenance staff showed up and fix it, went back and replaced 2 busted bathroom bulbs and 3 busted kitchen lights. I am beyond impressed and thankful. They are really after the tenants comfort. That’s why I love Twin Ridge! Btw we've been here for 8 yrs, and they keep on improving. Recently they've been making community activities that keeps neighbors together. Thank you Twin Ridge!

I have a two bedroom, two bath apt that is 1400 square feet! It is HUGE!! I love it. The key-code entry doors provide me a lot of security. The complex is extremely pet friendly. There is also washer and dryer, a pool, and 24 hour gym. The area is full of nice and suburban neighborhoods and shopping centers but is extremely close to downtown Baltimore without being in the center of things. I would definitely recommend living here.
If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, then this is the place for you. This apartment community is located just outside the city and is only 10 minutes away from downtown. It has your usual amenities like a pool, tennis court, and gym. Every resident has their own personal code to get in their building. My one bedroom apartment feels very private and spacious. My favorite thing is the washer & dryer in unit, plus the patio. Those were on the top of my list to have in an apartment. Overall, I'm very satisfied with living here and will highly recommend it to anybody who's not looking to live downtown but still be close enough to it.
First, the good: Part of the Twin Ridge Apartments complex, the apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom, plus den, with two full bathrooms. Cathedral ceilings and high windows add plenty of natural light. The community offers in-unit laundry, huge balconies, a pool, tennis court, and playground. The landscaping is meticulously maintained. The bad: Cheap carpeting bunches up constantly, and the finishings (cabinets, vanities, etc.) are very basic. The maintenance staff is typically slow to address problems and often rude to residents. The tiny fitness studio is sparsely equipped and there is an additional fee to use it.
Just a few miles above the Baltimore City line, Twin Ridge Apartments is nestled in a tree-lined community that is peaceful and healthy for the soul. One would never know the City is but twenty minutes away by Light Rail that has a stop less than a mile from the apartments. Drive to downtown in 10- 15 minutes, the complex is located between I-695 and I-83 and just off the quaint Falls Road corridor. I just spent a week at the beach, but nothing compared to waking up in my third-floor cathedral ceilinged apartment this morning! I am out on my large balcony in the fresh air listening to nature, sipping my morning coffee. Awesome. Later I will head over to the gorgeous pool for some sun and fun after a short workout in the fitness center that looks out over the pool. To top it off, Management at Twin Ridge is the best! They respond to needs in a timely manner and are constantly upgrading equipment. I love living here - I am going into my fourth year. I grew up in the country but enjoy all the perks of City living so this location is perfect for me. I can spend a day in the City and then return to my oasis for a glass of wine on my balcony!
My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 6 months now. I believe in reviews so I'll give you my honest opinion of every aspect. The neighborhood is great and the neighbors are friendly and laid back. The neighborhood of Mt Washington is one that is a hub for the Jewish community, which doesn't bother me but I definitely notice. The apartment complex is quiet but alive no matter what time I come home. The office staff were so nice in the beginning. They are okay now but I find myself not necessarily liking them anymore. They tend to be very short as I have called many times to request the free exterminator service. I live in a second floor 2 br/ 2 bath and to be honest, had quite the bug problem for a while. We had flies, spiders, and silverfish. I am a drama queen, I admit, but my boyfriend even got tired of killing them. I am not sure if it was our fireplace or not but the exterminator came weekly on Mondays until I went to the office and demanded a whole house treatment. Now we rarely see anything. My apartment is gorgeous and everyone who visits is shocked and amazed. We got an updated kitchen unit along with a fireplace, as I mentioned earlier. The balcony everyone has is HUGE and I guarantee you won't find it anywhere else. I kinda regret not getting a top floor unit because the vaulted ceilings are EVERYTHING! If you do view the property, definitely see a top floor unit and one with a fireplace because the fireplace adds square footage and it really makes a difference. We think we may not be renewing only because of the price which is a shame because we feel so safe and happy here. Overall, we love living here and the big pool and seemingly endless hot water are just the icing on top!
I have lived in Twin Ridge for a total of 5 years, and have been very happy! Twin Ridge Apartment community is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in the suburbs of Baltimore County, however, it is only a short drive or Light Rail ride away from the best that Charm city has to offer. Twin Ridge offers the best value in this highly sought after area. The prices are unbeatable for how spacious the apartments are. Also, each apartment has a huge balcony or patio. The amenities that Twin ridge offers are amazing. They have a gorgeous swimming pool, a fantastic gym, tennis courts, in-unit washer dryer, excellent security, and a very responsive and friendly staff. Great appartments, well mainteined, clean beautiful property! The stuff is very helpfull, personable and professional. I wish there was no restriction on large bread dogs. But other than that we had a great experience leaving in Twin Ridge Appartments.
First of all, let me start by saying that this managementy is AWESOME!!! They fix everything and anything that I need done either same day or next, and leave both a nifty note and email. The apartment is large and spacious, and I don't even know I have neighbors, it's that quiet. I feel completely safe going for a walk at 2 in the morning, if I need to! I am very happy I moved here!
I love this community. They keep everything orderly, vacuum our hallways and if you walk in while they are there they always offer to help.
About the swimming pool have to open till 9 and the gym suppose to be free for resident
Well kept in quiet neighborhood. Close to the scene in Mt. Washington and oh so close to light rail to hop on down to the City!! York Rd corridor is just around the corner. Love our cathedral ceilings. You have to make yourown social scene.
