Property Ratings at Twinbrook Village
Nice on the inside but the roaches are my biggest issue. I complained to the office and they had an exterminator come through. Roaches were back in 2-3 weeks. When I told her the issue she said “you’re bound to have these issues, 900+ people live here” Disgusting.
THIS IS THE WORST COMPLEX I EVER STAYED AT. LUXURY APTS., THEY NEED TO BURN THAT SIGN DOWN!!!!!! EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS HORRIBLE! NO PARKING, BARLEY HAVE HEAT IN WINTER, CRAPPY OLD APPLIANCES CONSTANTLY BREAKING, EVERYTHING IS OLD AND NEEDED TO BE 10 YEARS AGO UPDATED!!! PRIOR TO FRIENDS LIVING THERE!!!
I've been living in this community for approximately 10 years. The community is quiet and peaceful. It is right near one major mall and two huge shopping centers. I have not had many repair issues in that time but the issues that did come up were corrected almost immediately. The grounds are kept neat and clean and during the winter months you have snow removal. Also, parking is available off street and parking is not assigned so visitors are free to park.
Staff are very friendly and made me feel that my business is very much appreciated, whereas many other places imagine they are doing me a favor when they are managing my needs.
My girlfriend and I recently moved in to Twinbrook Village and we are both pleased with the way things are done here. The staff is friendly and are able to provide help at a moments notice. On the few times that there have been unruly customers in the main office, the staff was able to defuse the situation and make sure that both parties were satisfied with the responses as well as how the situation was handled. The grounds are clean and they do a great job with getting rid of any unwanted noise at night, on that off chance that kids are walking around and partying in the middle of the night. The parking lot is always kept clean and the garbage disposal units are out there every day to make sure the garbage cans are emptied and free of any scent. We started living here in the beginning of the winter and the apartments were always a comfortable temperature after a long day of not being in the apartment. There are ample places to park and the security in this place is great; we haven't had any problems with our cars or apartments. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family as I could see them being very happy to live here. Since we are right next to a major highway, you would think that there would be a lot of noise from all the cars, but it is almost like this place is sound proofed from the surrounding hustle and bustle that is New Jersey. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.
Very nasty attitudes in the office. They never fix good. Every year rent is getting more and more. It's no playground but they are offer.
I lived here for 7 yrs; they don't give sufficient heat, do terrible repairs, and have very nasty attitudes in the corporate office. Marion in the on site office is the most disagreeable person I've ever had to speak to in my life. The corporate office mailed my security deposit to the vacated apartment not once but twice, despite my writing the new address on my 60 days notice to vacate, and they wrote the check to the wrong name, despite my showing proof of my legal name change. The hardwood floors are paper thin, you can hear every step the upstairs neighbor takes, they don't enforce the ban on pets, there are all types of insect infestations (their attempts at fumigation were a joke), both of the apartments that I lived in had outdated (40 yr old)cabinets, tubs, fixtures, & appliances.
These apartment complexes are a great environment to meet new people since each building is connected to each other. People here are nice and there's a great space outside for kids to play and also to meet other kids around your area.
