Overall, I have loved living at 221! The maintenance always responds quickly and efficiently, and all my roommates and I have enjoyed the amenities offered. The pool is well-kept, and we have loved the new cornhole boards. It is also a short distance from campus. The only downside is the noise and loud sound that travels through floors and walls from other apartments.

I have loved every year being at 221. The staff is so kind and so helpful and I recommend it to everyone I know!! the pool and gym are great amenities and it is also so close to campus. You can make it to the student center in about 10 minutes or less. There’s a great coffee, machine and free printing in the study room. That is very resourceful as well.

Two 21 is the best!
Two 21 Is by far my favorite place I’ve lived at Auburn! The facilities are so nice, including the workout room and pool, and I even comfortably share a bedroom and still have so much space! Would highly recommend living at 221.

Best Apartment Ever!
221 has been the best place to live through college! The apartments themselves are very clean and homey! It is located super close to campus, and is in a great area! The people are also so helpful and nice! I love living here!

221 Armstrong is Awesome!
My son has lived at 221 his freshman year and has renewed for a second year. The staff is extremely responsive and is always kind and helpful. The property is well maintained, reasonably priced, and very close to campus. Most important to me, my son is happy and feels safe in his apartment. We highly recommend 221 Armstrong!

Everyone wants to live here!
I love living at Two21! I signed my lease for a second year! It’s so convenient to walk to campus or downtown. The townhouses have really good space and big closets. Ms. Carrie and the office staff are the best. They are very helpful with mail, packages and maintenance issues. I feel safe living here.

BEST OPTION OUT THERE!!
Our daughter lived here for 3 years and we have no regrets! So many options out there but do not underestimate the importance of location. To get a true college experience, you need to live on campus! The units are clean, roomy and well constructed. The staff is top-notch. Friendly, accommodating, and were actually present and available which is not always the case with some of the newer complexes. The amenities are great too!

Great Apartment!
I have lived here for 3 years now and absolutely love it! The staff are so sweet and helpful (one of the guys even carried an arm-chair up 3 flights of stairs for me). The apartments are so spacious, and my walk-in closet is one of my favorite things about my room. I will definitely miss living here!

Really Great Staff, and living location

Best management and location!
221 Management is the best! I cant say enough about Carrie, Jessica and Ashley. The management is incredibly helpful and responsive. I am thrilled with how they take care of my daughter. So glad we chose 221 Armstrong. The location and apartments are awesome and truly her home away from home. The complex is clean and quiet. My daughter loves it!

3 year renewal !
Daughter went from a dorm to 221 Armstrong. Thought at some point she and roommates would move along into a house or something different but when suggested they couldn’t justify going anywhere !!!!! They LOVE the location they say , always feel they can call on Carrie and Ashlee with anything they need . They feel safe , and as a parent I have always admired the way any situation has been handled. The emails sent out to basically aiming at students are professional , reminding them of rules but never sound like they are attacking the students. (Treats them like the adults that they are becoming )we have had management over our subdivision before that can’t get things accomplished due to not being able to do that no matter what the subject may be !) Inclement weather updates come to the students and parents in emails , not only from auburn and the weather services but straight from 221 Armstrong reminding students safety measure at that time !!! I, as a daughter mom, have been nothing but pleased. Signed for senior lease. Not to mention the fun with amenities they have and are in walking distance to all they need ! Just wish Publix was opening before she was graduating !! ??

Best choice for apartment living!
The location is very central and close for campus, food, great walking areas, and a safe part of town. The price is hard to beat in Auburn for the location and amenities, and the staff is great to work with!

BEST DECISION WE MADE!!
We are sooooo glad we didn’t buy into the new-build up-n-coming options that are way too far away to walk or safely bike to class, scarce parking, and no real community. It’s not even college life way out there. We are on year 3 here! Great pool, super friendly office and maintenance people. Can’t imagine having to drive downtown on the weekends either!

221 is very nice!
I am so excited about living here next year. Plenty of my friends have lived here in years passed and I knew this is where I wanted to live as well. It is in a nice location and has a short walk to campus. It also has very nice rooms and amenities. I definitely recommend putting your name in for an apartment early, as they get booked up pretty quickly!
