Property Ratings at Two Addison Place
Today my motorcycle was stolen from the parking lot. The gate was not working properly for the last few days and I believe that it is still not working. I like the management team. I like the apartment style. I suggest you maintain your gate and get cameras for security purposes.
The prices and pictures look amazing, and they are true to an extent. That being said, your rent will rocket up. My first year living here was very affordable but my new lease is almost $200 higher a month yet other units with my layout are available to be leased $300 or more LOWER than what I will be paying coming up this year. Also, there is a very large pet issue. They allow bigger dogs that can be very dangerous to you or your children due to certain aggressive breeds. There is also dog poop EVERYWHERE. When it rains or when it's hot there is an awful smell in the air because people don't clean after themselves and the management does nothing about it. However, the apartments themselves are great, maintenance is amazing, and there are lots of amenities to enjoy. That being said I WILL be moving out of here next year if I don't see any changes or if my rent cannot be changed.
This place is not luxury. The pictures look nice, but I can assure you this place is trashy and mismanaged
I booked an appointment to tour the place and drove from out of state to see this place. My sister and I arrived early and there was a sign saying that they were out of the office. 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment, a lady comes down the stairs and signals that they are on a break upstairs. We ended up leaving and no one ever called us about our appointment. I thought that this was very unprofessional since we booked an appointment and no one had the decency to stick to that time or pick up the phone. If you make an appointment with this place, please call at least 30 minutes to make sure someone will open the door!!!!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Starting from the staff, always friendly and greeting you with a smile, to the very well equipped gym, without forgetting to mention the FREE dog wash and car wash!! The apartments are beautiful and the gated community gives a great sense of exclusivity. It’s extremely close to just about any restaurant or shopping center you can think of. My dog loves the new dog park even though he's lazy and would much rather hang out on the couch. I highly recommend considering these apartments if you’re deciding to move to the area, I know I'm glad I did.

Overall, I recommend this place. The location is superb, the community utopian. The caveats: the apartments and some amenities are outdated compared to newer complexes being built, but Two Addison Place is lower in cost. But, overall, the property staff and maintenance are very friendly and always helpful. The biggest issue with many apartment complexes, including this one, are thin walls. I hear my neighbor above me walking around at 5am with her heels on before leaving for work. Just something to accept, not much can be done. Instead, one can focus in on the tropical pool, the free unlimited coffee, the gorgeous restaurants, shopping mall near by, quick access to I-95 and I-16. And the most amazing thing: the beach is only a 45 minute drive. I lived here a few years ago, left for a work assignment and when I came back, I came back here. It is the best choice by far and I would choose it again.
This property was great but it seems that they are letting anyone move in now. They are letting dogs poop everywhere and its literally starting to smell like wet dog when you walk out the door and dog poop. It is slowly going down hill.... unfortunately...
These apartment are like no others in the area. What attracted me was the unique buildings and customizable apartments. My apartment has a huge kitchen with an island, computer desk, walk in shower, two full baths and also a half bath for my visitors. When I was moving I was able to use the elevator which made moving on the 3rd floor a breeze. The ladies in the office are always one email or call away. The maintenance guys complete my maintenance ticket the same day I enter it online. I love that we aren't located on a busy road and no other apartments are around. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice people live here. Where I moved from, these apartment would have been a fortune. I plan to never move as long as I have my job with Gulfstream.
This is our third year in Two Addison Place and place is going down slowly but surely. Building has been sold last year and new management striped down all that was “luxurious”; there is no more coffee machine, no water in the exercise room, gates are left unrepaired for months...When we came most people living here were professionals from Gulfstream, now there is so many suspicious looking people. In addition walls are so thin that you can here everything from next door neighbor.

Highly suggest you research reviews prior to leasing. Place is a mess. What is promised is not followed through. Disappointed.

This is the best place I have lived at in years. I have a good sized one bedroom apartment with an amazing tub and REAL granite counter tops! The pool is always clean and I have met many neighbors that have become friends both at the pool and the grilling areas. The front office is always friendly and helps me with all of my inquires. The maintenance staff is also very nice and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I do have to say thought the dog owners in this community don't always pick up after their dogs, and I see the poor maintenance team having to pick up after them. PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS PEOPLE! Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this community to someone looking for a home in Pooler.

I recently moved into these apartments and have only met disappointment every day. To make it simple I will list it out: Office never answers the phone Manager/staff are rude and unapproachable The dumpster is always overfilled It took 4 days to replace a broken microwave Filled with loud college aged children The front "gate" is never closed The interior was built with cheap materials The refrigerator/freezer is incredibly small Walls are paper thin (you're going to hear everything...) If all of that doesn't bother you the least, you'll love it here.

I was very excited to move to Two Addison Place and moved in recently. The amenities are beyond impressive and the appearance of the exterior is nice but after moving in it feels like I paid to have nice amentites rather than a nice living space. I have been rather sad with the reality of the living areas and wish more time and money were put into maintaining the actual apartment interiors. The initial appearance is very nice but actually moving in and looking close it became obvious that the same attention is not paid to the care of the interiors. I was very happy with our leasing agent Chelee and really felt like she cared. However the manager is very unpleasant. Once they got our check the manager did nothing to make up for the disappointments that we found in our apartment. Initially if I would have met the manager and not Chelee I would not have made the decision to lease here. I am hoping things get better but so far it's been a rough start.
These apartments are okay to look at on the surface but renting from this property has been a nightmare. The stain on the floor has ruined towels and clothing and we've advised it hasn't been sealed properly but nothing has been done. We were only advised we wouldn't be held responsible for the staining on the carpets. Maintenance is rude and comes in your apartment unannounced or after just one knock. the walls are paper thin and the neighbors like anywhere else are nosy. I work from home and they have known this since I moved in almost a year ago didn't stop them from running fire drills int he middle of my shift and barging in while i was working causing my to ultimately lose employment. It began with the move in, I was supposed to move to a unit that had the stained concrete I preferred it over the fake wood (horrible quality). i wasn't allowed to see the unit I was actually moving into until move day despite trying and advising how important it was because I work from home I have to transfer business services so that I dont have a delay in working. So move in day I go to look at the unit and it has the nasty wood floor and the girl who assured me it was the stained floor was conveniently away getting married. I missed almost a month of work having to change my transfer order and they couldn't care less. Now under new management its no better no one wants to take responsibility
I wake up to a secluded paradise every morning. My balcony over looking the salt water pool & cabanas is simply breathtaking.
This is a great place to live. Very Quiet area, convenient for shopping, eating, family outtings etc. I would recommend to friends and family. I love living here!
