Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We are thrilled to hear that you love living in Twyckenham and had a great experience with our staff. We truly appreciate your kind words!
I only lived there for a year, but in that amount of time was enough to say I would NEVER rent there again. The management team is rude and they act like it's an inconvenience when their extremely out of date appliances are having problems. Not to mention they have two maintenance men (which are both very nice) but it takes them forever to get things done. My sink plug thing came out of the sink so my sink was unable to be used or else it'd fill up and not be able to drain, I called, turns out they never put my request in so it took them over two weeks to get that fixed. My stove and fridge were from the 70's and the fridge would constantly make a loud rumbling noise and would leak onto the floor so there would be large puddles of water on the floor everyday. When telling them about this, my answer was, "don't worry you won't have to pay for those damages" and the problem never got fixed. The pool is suppose to be open everyday in the summer besides on Mondays, but the people in the office were too lazy to just open the gates in the morning so when trying to go to the pool it'd always be locked until you asked for the pool to be open or if they were taking their hour lunch break you'd have to wait for over an hour and come back because they lock the office up. With all of that being said I did enjoy my neighbors that shared the same building, they were nice and quiet for a majority of the time. If you need to do laundry I suggest going to the gas station around the corner because it's .75 cents there as appose to $1.50 per load at Twykenham.
As a resident of Twyckenham for a decade, I can say that I have seen the best and worst years for this complex. Now being that of the worst. Over the last year Kim has came and gone and for the short time she was there she did amazing as well as Kara and Amanda had in the past. It was after she left and Jessica became the lead that everyone was thrown for a loop. They began with huge changes, getting all the maintenance work caught up, grounds cleaned up and looking great, calling all their tenants and asking for any concerns, & getting rid of people with outstanding violations. However, while Blaine stayed nuetral & cared for the concerns of the tenants, Jessica loved being superior to flashing her power and did things her way or the way that certain tenants she liked more than others wanted them to go. She has refused upgrades to deserving people, evicted people that owed very little while letting others with large sums stay. Allows tenants to violate their leases incessantly & does NOTHING! She allows them to rob other tenants, physically abuse neighbors, have the police called on them at least 10 times in less than 2 months, have physical proof that there are drugs in the home & yet those tenants are sitting comfortably in their homes without a care in the world. She shows no concern for the harrassment that is going on on the property she manages, her response is "to see what the police say." All the while it clearly states in the rules and guidelines that you must maintain yourself in a way that does not disturb your neighbors! I am confused as to how having the cops at your house day/night for several weeks, physically & verbally assaulting your neighbors, breaking in/stealing other tenants belongings, having drugs & criminal activity on the property, & harrassing many others isn't violating their leasing agreement & how nothing has happened to these tenants. If she can't put her profession ahead of her pathetic power trip, then she clearly doesn't need to be the manager of an apartment complex. Maybe the right authorities haven't been called yet, maybe a few lawsuits need to be filed, or maybe she just needs the one tenant that cares more about their personal well being rather than having to call twyckenham their home when they are not even guaranteed their own safety anymore to show up at her desk one day. Jessica is going to run this place into the ground with the trash that she continues to protect.

We apologize for your experience that you have had. If you would please stop by the office so we can address the concerns, and try to resolve the issues you have experienced.
I currently live in Twyckenham Apartments. Its a nice quiet apartment complex with a community park and pool. The layout of the apartment is very spacious and cozy. I have a awesome fire place in the front room. A walk-in closet in both the bathroom and the master bedroom. I live in a 2 bedroom and both rooms are spacious also. The property manager and staff are wonderful and understanding. Never had a problem living in this complex. Neighbors are friendly and awesome.
