Tylia Apartments

Very good apartment complex with a good staff. The apartments are large with walkin closets, high ceilings etc. New aparments built today do not have the same feeling.

Love it here. Nice and clean and very calm. Good neighborhood nice neighbors. Staff is very helpful and nice. Would recommend to friends and family.

We have loved living at the Tylia so far. Our move in went very smooth. We were kept well informed and received all the information we needed to make our move as pain free as possible. We are loving the decorating contests and how the complex does community events, we are very much looking forward to getting to know our neighbors.

First night here and already love it! So clean and modern. Great amenities and close to everything. Lauren was absolutely fantastic helping us find our new home!

I have been VERY impressed with everything at Tylia Apts! They have been very accommodating from day 1, and if I have a maintenance issue they are quick to respond.

5 months in the Tylia's so far so good!! I truly enjoy my beautiful home. My neighbors are respectful and kind. The property managers and maintenance team is amazing! I love it here!

The apartment is updated and very spacious. The office team and maintenance are always quick to solve any issues and are great about reaching out to the community!

The Tylia is an amazing and comfortable apartment building! I’m glad to call this place home:) Especially with so much to do nearby! I would recommend the Tylia for sure!!

Very Friendly and helpful!! Very nice place. Very clean. Love the atmosphere. They have rolling carts in the garage, definitely helped me with my move. Beautiful area! Very happy to be here!

So far I have had zero complains. I absolutely love it here. It is so clean, I have more than enough room in our apartment, and I love the area.

Only been here a couple of days, but so far it has been great here! Words cannot describe how much I enjoy the quietness of the area/complex (as compared to my last place) as I have been able to get back-to-back uninterrupted sleep. Let's hope that continues!

So far, everything has been great. Move-in was super easy and the staff has been wonderful. I had a few items that needed to be fixed and maintenance responded quickly and got everything fixed.

We are loving the apartment grounds as they are pretty and well kept. We like the neighborhood as well. The people we have met are friendly and nice!

It’s very quiet, I’ve talked to the neighbors and we are all happy with the sound/noise. Everyone is super friendly for the most part. Staff is responsive and always super helpful.

Everything about the process was quick and easy! The showing, application and move in! Lauren was absolutely amazing and was available to answer all my questions thoroughly!

We’re so happy we moved here. Our apartment is very lovely! We haven’t ran into any issues and it’s a nice place to call home. So so happy we chose The Tylia :)

I enjoy being a resident so far. We haven't been here long, but so far so good! The people are nice and the property is gorgeous which is what we can enjoy and be proud of I'm sure. Of course there's room for improvement but overall, it's a great place to call home.

I am loving my new home so far. I like how the property manager is timely and respectful. I really enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood that's kid and pet friendly.

We love living at Tylia ! It’s kid and pet ! All the neighbors are so friendly. The office personal are always greeting us with a smile and are there to answer questions.

Very good so far! Great views and big area as far as living space. Make sure to bring your pets here as hearing neighbors cats meowing is always fun while walking down halls with food

The apartment itself is really pleasant, haven't had any major issues with appliances and etc. Had an issue with the heat but they were very prompt with maintenance which I was REALLY grateful for. The hallway smells a little funny sometimes but in the grand scheme of things that's a pretty minor thing.

This has been a warm place to live, very clean and Best complex in the area management is respectful and maintenance is always doing their job.

Lovely place to live, nice neighborhood the Management are on point they always handle any issues on time, also do follow-up call to make sure you are set.

Everyone has been very nice, and helpful. They keep the apartment building super clean, and neat. It’s a very quiet building as far as the other tenants go. The apartments are very big for one bedrooms!

Very good team very well-kept apartments. Very nice to live in love the staff love the apartments advice, so nice it is a very great place to live and very affordable.

Staff were super helpful, maintenance on issues we noticed upon move in was completed very quickly and it's a great neighborhood. Very close to many wonderful places. Also, side note, we forgot to bring a money order and they still allowed us to move in and pay a few days later! Fantastic staff!

Very nice and friendly community. A lot to do around in the maple grove area. I am glad we choose to go with tylia. The pool is pretty nice aswell!

I just recently moved to a new redone apartment. I am very pleased, It’s really gorgeous. They did a beautiful job. The move went real smoothly. I will be staying here for a long time.

I like the staff, they have been very nice. I have very nice neighbors, almost everyone I have met has been very kind. My dog was lost and multiple neighbors went and looked for her and found her. Very thankful!

Love living here! Nice quiet area walking paths nearby! Fiber optic available in the apartment at good value. Love my heated garage. Friendly office!

The office staff and community has been amazing since moving in! The apartment is gorgeous as well! Very well put together and all the amenities you could want at an apartment.

This place is AMAZING! It's nice and quiet, the place is clean, the amenities that are offered are absolutely perfect. It feels like you're living in a giant home! The staff is nice and friendly, and very informative. I've been in plenty of different apartments, but this one by far tops all of them by a long shot! Well done, Tylia!

Very great management, and buildings are quiet and comfortable. Buildings are clean and get trash picked up often. I, 10/10 recommend living here.

My resident experience has been great. I’ve moved here last year May and still live here. I’ve had no issues with the neighbors or had noise complaints. The only thing that I didn’t like is the laundry system in the apartment it barley works or washes the cloth.

Pretty good so far. staff is really nice and caring my favorite. I love how they clean the hallways every week, the club house is always clean.

Great community, management is very professional and friendly, always ready to assist in a quicker time. I'm very happy to call Tylia Apartments my home.

I just love it here & although I've been through 5 management changes sing I moved here may 2014, I've always enjoyed working with most everyone - however, your entire current staff are the best given all they inherited from previous staff, they all work together & try to respond quickest possible & efforts are most appreciated

I have concerns about the size of some of the dogs allowed, like the Great Dane down the hall. Otherwise, pretty good place to live.

Great neighborhood, pretty convenient area and the staff is professional and efficient.

Seems like a great place to live, upgraded units are more visually pleasing than most apartments in twin cities for similar rental prices.

The apartment is beautifully upgraded. The building and grounds are very nice and well maintained. Maintenance responded quickly and worked efficiently to resolve my issue.

Quiet, good neighborhood ,feel safe,clean, well kept up.

I know that the maintenance department is going through some changes; however, I do not like that some issues get put by the wayside without being solved properly and efficiently.
