Pine Forest is a large swath of northern Fayetteville that encompasses both undeveloped land and newly constructed residential hotspots. Proximity to Fort Bragg makes this area popular among those who work on the base. Pine Forest is made up largely of farmland, but what residential areas have been developed hold single-family houses in planned neighborhoods and low-rise apartment communities. Residents love the area for the extra space it affords when compared to Fayetteville and its downtown. Highway 401 makes it easy to commute into the city to enjoy the restaurants and attractions, and Interstate 295 makes exploring the rest of the area simple.

Property Ratings at Patriot Park
I lived at Ultris Patriot Park from JUN 2019 to JUN 2021, and I loved every minute of it. The staff was great; very supportive. If ever I needed anything to be fixed in the apartment, the maintenance team was very supportive and quick to resolve it. Shout out to Normi and the team. I would highly recommend living here, especially with the new cosmetic improvements that the are in the process of making (i.e., newly-paved parking lots, new paint, etc.)

I have lived here for 4 years. Hands down the best apartment living ever. Normie is the best! Maintenance is the best! In the beginning I had issues with dog poop but that is no longer an issue. 10 mins to Bragg through Honeycutt gate. The only thing that I would suggest is to have meet and greets often. Other than that I’m happy to call Ultris Patriot Park home!
My friends should have listened to me when I told them to apply for my vacant apartment since I bought a house. Patriot Park met and exceed every expectation and it couldn’t have been better. Amanda and Normi know what great resident service is all about. 6 Stars for me. ******
The customer service that I received was amazing. Normy was the best. She helped me through the entire process. I mean she was great. She had everything I need it (furnished apartment)ready in a matter of two days, which is great because I am coming from another state and didn’t have a place to stay. I’m very grateful that I found these apartments. Thank you so much for the easy transition.
I have been privileged to live in this development & I can truly say that I love living here. The staff has been courteous to me, punctual with task they agreed to complete, and they have valued me as a tenant. I am grateful to God to live in a nice place with a quiet environment among staff that cares. I feel like i'm among family. I just moved to Fayetteville due to job location and I wanted to find something for me and my two boys. As a single mother your check list tend to be pretty long well I walk in the office and the staff welcome us home on the first tour. I search other places but nothing came close. Thank you so much for making my transition easy.
My husband and I decided to stay here for a short term lease while our house is being built. Our decision was made for a few reasons: location, amenities, and short term lease availability. I feel at home because of the employees here. I like how I am treated by the staff. They go over and beyond to ensure guests are accommodated. The maintenance staff is pleasant and efficient. Work orders were completed in a timely manner. Office personnel have been wonderful during the duration of our stay. The list of reasons to live here is substantial. My favorite amenity is the free Starbucks coffee! In addition to all the amenities, there have been several occasions in which Ultris has provided breakfast or dinner for the residents. I feel like a part of a community here. I honestly don't want to leave.

Apartment had some features that could approve of very much but the price is not worth the size.
Lived here for 2 years. They are well maintained. Traffic noise is an issue.
My wife and I have two dogs and have been living here for about 5 months. The staff are very friendly and generally communicate well with each other and the maintenance staff (we've only suffered one instance in which our message wasn't passed along). We're only here for the summer so we got the corporate package. I was definitely impressed with the big screen TV (I think it's a 48 inch), leather furniture, and memory foam mattress. The cabinets are definitely nicer than your run-of-the-mill apartment too. The amenities are pretty nice. The gym is open 24 hours. There are some treadmills, free weights, and a total body machine that are in pretty good shape. They have several iMacs and a PC you can use during the day in the main lobby, as well as a "theater room" (there is a big screen TV, some recliners, and a xbox 360). It kind of sucks though because you can only use them while the staff is there. They'll really try to sell you on the salt water pool. If you go during the week it's pretty nice, but it's swarming with kids and grillers (they have two gas grills in the pool area) on the weekends. The dog park won't blow you away, but it's nicer than any other one we've had at an apartment. It's big enough to let a bigger dog run around and get exercise, but part of it is gravel and there are holes everywhere that were fixed by placing plywood over them. Our dogs are little and managed to get under the fence in a few places. They're currently putting in irrigation lines around the buildings though (there is dirt/mud EVERYWHERE), so I don't think fixing the fence is very high on their list. They have plenty of doggy bag stations that they keep well stocked, as well as trash cans that they empty frequently (BIG plus!) Lastly, parking can be difficult depending on which building you're in. I've never had to walk more than 50 ft to get to my building, but if you're in one of the middle buildings it could be a little bit of a walk. The dog park, the irrigation installment, and the inability to use the theater room/computers during the evening/night are the reasons I didn't give the apartment five stars. If you don't have a dog and have no need for a theater room though, you can't find a better apartment on this side of Fayetteville.
My husband and I have been living here for about two and a half years and we love it. We have the Legion Apartment, and it is just the right size for us and our two dogs. This apartment complex is very unique because even from the outside, it is not your typical boxy building in a parking lot. Ultris is placed beautifully located in the quiet area of Pine Forest. I feel safe here and I love the trees and woods that surround us because it is very homey. I would recommend these apartments to anyone with or without children and/or pets. The luxurious pool, the gym, and the dog park are our favorite amenities! Hope this review is helpful :)
My husband and I have been residents of Ultris At Patriot Park formerly known as Ansley At Patriot Park) for about two and a half years. We have two dogs but no children, so our larger sized one bedroom is just enough for us. We have had a pleasure dealing with the employees, and for the most part, the other residents. Our favorite amenities include the pool and grill area, the gym, and of course the dog park! Ultris offers a comfortable environment that sits away from the busyness of Fayetteville, which I admire. Since we have moved in, there have been a few strict changes, and I have noticed the pool sometimes is not as clean as it used to be, but those things are minor. I recommend Ultris At Patriot Park to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.
This apartment is perfect for what we were looking for. 20 minutes from Ft. Bragg and in a very good part of Fayetteville (hard to find). It is very close to the Food Lion and the staff is very helpful. Very peaceful setting. The pool is beautiful and the clubhouse is so nice! It's nice that there are places to grill and gather around the complex. I love the free gym and tanning as well. I'm glad my husband and I chose Ultris! Fair rates too.
The apartments and apartment complex are in good condition, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The pool is nice and cool, I especially like that it is a salt water pool and the water does not dry out my hair and skin. They have many options for the apartment sizes and styles. I would recommen these apartments for anyone.
Spacious apartments, in a well maintained complex, with a small play area for children and a separate play area for dogs. It is in a very low crime area, near two schools. There is a pool with very shallow areas for small children and a swimming track that is three to four feet. The gym is small, but covers the basics for a workout with options and charts to help you know what to do to work the areas you want to work with what is available. There is a tanning bed and massage area as well. The maintenance staff is always ready to assist even a minor request to make sure any problems are resolved you your satisfaction, with sometimes even same day service.
Honestly I can said I would never live in an apartment ever! Ultris patriot park change the way I viewed apartment living. These apartment are first of all gated access which is a must! They have an officer which makes it feel even safer! Everyone is very humble, respectful, most of all helpful. When ever we needed something fixed maintenance was very fast on that. The apartments themselves are very nice looking from both inside and out! They have a beautiful beautiful (salted) pool. For those who have fur babies, pets are welcomed and pet rent is very affordable! The whole time I've been here I've only witnessed one fight which is the reason I gave it a four star, but other than that incident I love living here! Very calm and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. You also get trash picked up from outside your door, so you don't have to walk to throw your trash! Overall ultris is the place to be!
We originally moved here when they were still building this place back in 2013 and we were one of the 1st people to rent from them. It has a tanning bed and a pretty good gym. The pool is beautiful like a resort. When my husband deployed I decided to move back home. When I moved back, I decided to go a cheaper route and my husband and I moved to another apartment complex down the road. Needless to say, we didn't stay there long. A few months later we had moved back to Ultris. They got us an apartment the same day we arrived due to circumstances. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. They just recently put in a Starbucks brew station at the office so now residents can go get freshly brewed Starbucks coffee anytime they want. Seriously this place is awsome and will recommend it 10 times over. And the price is very good for all that you get!
The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is great for those who work at Fort Bragg. The apartments are new and they let you have pets. They even got a little gym and pool. I am very pleased with my experience here so far.

I had to find an apartment on short notice and was very impressed with Patriot Park from the beginning. Their property is well kept and the staff member I met with for my tour and lease process was very friendly and helpful. Plus, they offer a good military discount. The actual apartments a very nice with good-quality appliances. When issues do come up, their maintenance team does their best to address them as soon as possible. The property also has a 24-hr fitness center and a pool that I have used quite a bit. It is a controlled-access community, so there's not a lot of extra traffic going in and out. The only complaint I have has to do with one of the managers. I've spoken with her on two separate occasions and she was very rude and condescending each time. The first time, she was late opening up the office in the morning and I had been waiting outside. When she did arrive, she acted like I was being an inconvenience to her. All of the other staff members have been great, though! Other than that one person, I have really enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment complex! (It is also pet friendly, which is a HUGE plus for those with furry family members!)

I recently relocated to Fayetteville, NC from Kansas. When I first arrived I leased an apartment for 6 months (name not disclosed). Not knowing anything about the area, the apartment I selected was new and gated. First apartment I had ever rented. I figured, it was a new complex, so what could go wrong. Well, that tells you how much I know. After 6 months of a total disaster, I finally gave up. Then I found Ultris Patriot Apartments. It's also a new complex, but there's much more to an apartment than a new complex. It's about the people, it's the human touch that makes the difference between an apartment and a home. Believe me, I've found a home. "There's no place like home.
We love it here. Close to base and newer construction. Safe neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Also close to some shops, restaurants, and major roads to the the commercial areas. Also has door to door trash service. Overall we couldn't pick a better place to be.
