Bordering the university’s main campus, Baseline Sub is home to the University of Colorado Boulder East Campus. The community is great! They do tons of fun event and I love the engagement. The layout is really pretty and I like the views. I do wish they would fix the garage door.
It’s pretty okay, the sinks and bathtubs don’t work very well but everything else is good. SOOOOO expensive for what it is though. nice place to live

Expect the bare minimum. Hallways are always messy and they don’t clean them. When I was moving in it seems like they didn’t inspect the apartment at all as I had a dresser full of random peoples clothes and it was destroyed and the whole apartment was not clean (they would rather give out $50 gift cards to people than pay to clean the apartments). The price is outrageous for the laziness in here they give slumlords a run for their money. You also pay for every utility, internet and parking and good luck finding a parking spot here because it’s either spend 3 hours looking for a parking spot or $120 a month for parking. Would highly not recommend living here and look for something not owned by five star as they have this reputation.

Everything is solid so far outside of a few minor hiccups. The pool being shutdown is a little bit of a let down, since us residents paid to live in a complex with a pool.

I love the apartment lots and lots! The pool and elevators could be cleaner. The door to the stairs from the outside doesn’t lock which is kind of dangerous.

The apartment is great and have mostly everything available in the move in date, there were no big issues and the view of the bedrooms are great. Also it has a great location near the university.

maintenance orders take a long time to get filled. many things were not working in our apartment upon arrival. union apologized but it doesn’t matter. our shower, and dishwasher do not work and there are bees on our balcony

So far I have had a good experience here at Union 9seventy. One thing that I think could have made the experience even better would have been having more communication about matinence requests. As well as a little bit more detail when it came to how clean the apartment was before move in. Other then those things, I have loved all the amenities as well as the quality of my apartment

Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because we’ve had multiple maintenance requests put in since we moved in three weeks ago, and none of them have been addressed. Apart from that, I love the community. The location is amazing, and the apartments themselves are very nice.

Great apartment and great amenities. The pool, gym, and common area are all great to have at your doorstep. They also fixed an issue with our ac very promptly.

I have lived here for almost 8 months now, and I have had nothing but great experiences. While the cost is very high, it has been worth it thus far. The apartment, appliances, and furniture is new and well kept. The package room is secure to ensure safety of packages, and the garage has been wonderful for my car throughout the winter.

Seriously horrible. don't live here. Incredibly unsafe -- trust me your car is not even safe in their garage. Im just shocked at how unprofessional the staff is -- I pay so much for nothing. The location is not worth it. The walls are paper thin, the place is a mess, ac barely works, doors barely work (idk who put those doors on), garage is unsafe and designed horribly. if someone is in your spot in the garage (which you have to pay over $100 for) then the best they can do is put a little sticker on the car saying your in someones spot. they say they can tow but I've heard they can't. beware of this place, just don't live here - seriously.
It’s horrible. The garage is very unsafe, the heating barely works, they barely clean the place or throw out trash. I saw a bowl of soup spilled near the mail room for weeks. Over priced. And the management is horrible. They don’t care and they just want to make a profit. They are full of false promises. Don’t trust the garage or even the package room. The package room is a mess with packages everywhere and 20% of the packages get thrown into this box and if you don’t pick it up within 3 or 4 days (not sure but less than 5 days I think) then you get charged $3 each day it’s in the box. And sometimes the system is not accurate and you will just get charged even though you picked it up. Everything is horrible and made horribly. The garage was horrible designed and the garage door gets broken a lot.
Lived in a 3bed 2 bath and had an amazing experience! The building is brand new and shows it. Compared to the old run down places of Boulder, not having leaks in the ceiling or bug infestation is definitely worth it. Not to mention the high security and private garage that give me some peace of mind at night.
