Property Ratings at Union Baseline
I have been here about eight months. The experience here is pretty good. Only at weekend or some ceremony, the students might be a little noisy. But the overall is great. I will recommend my friends here!
The only thing I don’t really like is that it’s mostly college kids. But it is right next to campus, it’s kind of to be expected. I didn’t know my way around the area when I moved in.
This place has everything I need including a private garage (although way overpriced), a dog park (that is finally not muddy and has everything I could want), it allows for certain grills, and this place has a decent base rent and deposit (which I hope to get back unlike most apartment complexes who nickel and dime everything despite leaving the place in better condition than when you got there). Downside is the lack of parking for friends who come over, but that's just Boulder.
It's hard to recommend because a lot of people can't afford the rent prices in the first place. But for an apartment that allows pets, it would be the first recommendation on my list. And I have previously recommended the apartments specifically for pet owners seeking housing.
I would recommend this apartment place because it is clean and a convenient location. The amenities and personnel are great as well.
I am so pleased to resign my lease with brookside apartments this fall. I am appreciative of thier maintenance of the campus and the laid back friendly attitudes of the staff.
