Very Excited!
I stopped by their leasing office to see their model home and let me say this place is going to be the place where students want to live. They showed me a virtual tour of what the complex will look like when finalized. The complex is going to be crazy! They have a huge gym with a cycling room, the pool area is going to be soo nice, and they have a pet spa/dog park. That's just some of the amenities they will have. The staff was very informative and kind when I was there. I am so excited to see this place when it is finished being built.

Can't wait!
While I am writing this review as a future resident (I wish it was done, and I could live here already), I have no doubt that this is going to be an incredible property. The leasing staff is awesome, and several of them already know my name after I have stopped by their office twice. If you are familiar with housing in Blacksburg, at least a few of their team members have come from The Retreat (I am 99% sure the same company owns both properties), so they definitely know what they are doing when it comes to running higher-end student housing. I have only seen their off site mock-up unit, so it is worth noting that with the supply chain issues the construction industry is still having, any finishes that have not received final approval from the design team and been ordered by the general contractor may be subject to change, but the design I saw modeled was beautiful. I'm from Virginia Beach, so I love the coastal style the light colored shaker cabinets give, and the units are modern, while still having a cozy old house feel. I definitely cannot wait to see this complex for real and check out all the amenities.
