Situated in the northwestern corner of Saint Paul, Saint Anthony Park is a charming neighborhood between the downtowns of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Saint Anthony Park’s small business district exudes the feel of an urban village, with plenty of quaint shops and local restaurants in Tudor-style buildings stretched along Como Avenue.
Outside of the business district, Saint Anthony Park is predominantly residential. The neighborhood is teeming with apartments and single-family homes covered in lush trees and landscaping. Langford Park offers residents numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation while the sprawling Como Regional Park lies just outside the neighborhood’s boundaries.
Saint Anthony Park is convenient to an array of notable amenities, including the University of Minnesota’s Saint Paul Campus, the Minnesota State Fair, and Rosedale Center. Convenience to I-94 and multiple light rail stations makes getting around from Saint Anthony Park simple.

Property Ratings at Union Flats
It’s almost like the staff and management here avoids all communication you try to send them. Never return calls or emails unless confronted in person. It has been over half a year and I still have not heard anything or received my deposit back.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad to have you as a resident and look forward to many years with you. As always, please don't hesitate to ask if we can help in any way. Thank you, Courtney Urman Union Flats Community Manager
I have had the worst experience living here. First I should have known better than to rent a apartment site unseen. I was told the apartment was ready so I moved in. It failed inspection 3x so I had to pay full rent. There was no electricity in the master bedroom and bathroom for weeks, the ice maker was broken so they had to shut of that water line, everytime you flushed the toilet it clogged and the dishwasher didn't rinse off the dishes. The trash rooms are on the other side of the building and after a tenants ceiling fell in that trash room was shut down. I have accumulated multiple medical bills and my child as well. This is not a smoke free building so every type of smoke fills my unit and it triggers my asthma as well as my child. I don't mind dogs in an apartment building but I don't think pit bulls are a good fit where their are children as they are allowed to Walk up and down the hallways. They don't show you where anything is so I asked the matinance man where to put the boxes and he said in the garage by the door and he would get them. I did just that and he goes and tells management that I left the boxes there and instead of them contacting me and asking me to get them they charge me 25 dollars to walk them ten feet to some dark room in the garage that smells like the worst garbage dump ever. I just say do your research start with the BBB or see if someone would be willing to show you their apartment or take you around because until you sign the lease you are unable to see the unit or anything else.

Hello, Thank you for providing your feedback. Nothing tests a newly constructed building more than people moving in. The electrical issues that occurred in your home were unpredictable and were repaired as soon as we scheduled an electrician. Our records indicate that the ice maker and clogged toilet were repaired within our policy timing requirements. We do not see any records of issues with the dishwasher or continuing problems with the toilet clogging. If problems persist, please enter a work request and we would happy to repair them. We did offer to reverse the $25 fee for the recycling miscommunication, however, we never heard back from you. I invite you to stop by the office to speak with me regarding all your concerns. We ultimately want our residents to be happy in their home, so we want to make this right. You can contact me via email at union.flats@dominiminc.com or phone at (763) 392-9897. Kindly, Courtney Urman Union Flats Community Manager
